Downtown in the flurry of activities! Everything is within walking or bicycle distance.

It is wonderful to be right in town. We were able to take short breaks throughout the day, which was wonderful. We also enjoyed relaxing on the deck and even used the fireplace during the cooler times. We would love to return some time.

Location, location, location.
This is a magic little condo with plenty of room for four people. And if somebody’s willing to sleep on the fold out couch you can easily have 6 guests with 2 full bathrooms.

Our family of 6 had a great stay here! It is an awesome location, close to everything! The outside deck was incredible! We enjoyed some meals out there, as well as morning coffee and many card games! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was well represented in the photos. Everything was very clean. We had one issue with a sliding bathroom door that got stuck and would not close. Inconvenient, and we were leaving in the morning, so opted not to have it addressed while we were there.

We loved the huge deck overlooking the river. This rental is comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave.

We absolutely loved this place! The living area was so nice and open and airy. Really enjoyed the patio and the view of the lake. Amazing sunset. Would absolutely stay again and hope to.
If you’re an older couple or physically challenged, it is notable that this is a second floor with no elevator.

We loved this weekend escape to Michigan with friends.
The location of the stay was a bit difficult to locate in the dark, but we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.
The place was appropriately supplied with things we’d need and lovely.

We loved the apartment, once we carried everything up essentially 2 flights of stairs (27 steps). It was fairly peaceful when we went, probably due to the snow. However, even at that time of year some of the establishments near the apartment played music that could be heard at night. Great if you like a party atmosphere.

This is an apartment above storefronts. There are 27 steps to get to it and it is a busy area downtown. If you are young, in good shape and like a party, the apartment is beautiful and in the middle of the action. Unless you go during off season, like we did. We enjoyed watching the snow fall out the wall of windows while the fireplace blazed. It also had some of the most comfortable furniture of any rental we've had, and we have rented many.

Even though the weather was not great (it’s March in Michigan), the time was perfect. Great location and the view of the water from the living room and deck were amazing. So much room and so cozy!

Comfy new furniture since our last visit - the warm early March allowed us to enjoy the giant deck and enjoy the beautiful view, then enjoy the fireplace at night to keep toasty. Favorite in town rental and fantastic rates off season.

This rental is so comfortable and cozy. It’s clean and has new furniture that is comfortable. There is a problem with the sliding doors locking, it would be nice to get those fixed. We had a wonderful stay.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Fireplace warmed us up from cold days of shopping and eating. Great location in heart of Saugatuck shopping and fun. The four of us have been at this location twice and will return!

The cutest condo with lots of space for hanging out, cooking, games, movies, whatever you plan and is located right above the cutest cocktail bar. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area, and will be coming back here in the future!

Everything was perfect, just as described (or seemed even larger!). The only issue we has was something we didn't notice until after the first night - mold in the ventilation. Several of us woke up with symptoms of mold allergies, and we then noticed mold in and near the vents. Other than that, the location was phenomenal, it was very spacious, and we had everything we needed. Should be something the property managers can resolve.

This property rental was clean, spacious and well stocked with comfortable bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. Living area was comfortable and cozy. The large deck was amazing! Loved it. The back alley just needs to be shoveled in the winter.

We loved being above cute shops and The Butler, with a view of the harbor. The deck was a great space to enjoy morning coffee and a drink in the afternoon. At night we saw hundreds of stars in the sky. The condo was furnished with comfortable beds, sofas and plenty of tables and chairs. The unit was clean when we arrived and offered basic soaps, shampoos, and paper goods. The kitchen was fully functioning with all dishes, pans, utensils and glassware. We loved our stay and will be happy to book it again in the future. One small negative is that to access the condo, you must climb 26 stairs. No elevator is available. This wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for some people.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the Lakeview Getaway apartment in Saugatuck. The apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It is in the middle of everything in Saugatuck. We hope it is available for rental in the summer!

The entrance via an alley (ABOUT 5 FEET WIDE) is long,
smells, and has 6 trash carts. After going up 27 stairs you arrive a a nice condo with a great deck and view. The unit needs updating and attention. The price charged is high for what you get. The "fees" are extreme in my opinion.
Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. "FEES": are excessive, in my opinion.
