Everything was great - nice condo with well stocked kitchen- very clean. Can’t beat the view. Owner Mike is easy to work and communicates well. Would stay here every time we visit Florida

We had an issue when we arrived with parking and Mike answered his phone . The problem was resolved quickly and he even called back later that night to make things were still good! Very responsive owner and would definitely rent from him again.
The building is small and elevators are conveniently located. Instructions were easy for check in. The rental had everything we needed. Awesome hot water and water pressure ! Beds were very comfortable with tons of pillows! Nice blackout curtains ! I slept very well!

This condo with stunning views is located in a prime location. Across the street is John’s Pass which consists of shopping, dining, bars and water excursions and cruises. The private balcony entrance from the master bedroom is the cherry on top!

We truly enjoyed the condo-very clean & looked just like the pictures. The location was absolutely fantastic & we were able to walk across to the Pass ever day. The owner was quick to respond if we sent a message. We had an amazing week & cannot wait to come back next year.

We had a great time at Maderia Norte last week. We are seniors and the convenience of parking, elevator location, and beach entrance was perfect for us. We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony every evening. Communication with owner made us very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

The pictures don’t justify how great this place is. Mike, the host, was more than accommodating and was easily reachable. The condo had everything you could need and we instantly felt right at home. The views are amazing. We could sit out there all day and night. The location was also amazing being so close to everything and right on the trolley route. We are already looking to book our next stay.

The location, the property and the owners! Mike was quick to respond to questions. We loved staying here. Million dollar view of the beach, the ocean and perfect sunsets! Only 1 minute walk to John’s Pass. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beach supplies were plenty. And talk about a great Keurig machine that Mike supplied. Appreciated by us hard core coffee drinkers. Oh and we even had a heated pool to enjoy. We will miss seeing the dolphins everyday. It was a perfect stay!

This condo unit was perfect for our family trip. The unit is immaculate with all the supplies and amenities that makes for a comfortable and fun stay. Located on the fourth floor of Madeira Norte, you get a fantastic view of the gulf as well as the convenience of John's Pass across the street. From the large balcony, we watched dolphins playing each morning and watched the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Working with Mike made everything easy, from check-in to check-out. Kids loved swimming in the outdoor pool and the gulf. This is a first class condo in a well managed complex. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

Location! Location! Location! It had everything thing one would need for a nice beach trip including beach chairs/floats etc in the master bedroom closet for use! The host Mike , was very accessible and helpful. If there was anything bad I would say the elevators were very slow (actually out of service for about a day but I did hear they were going to replace them shortly though) and it was a bit annoying to have to use key to get thru gate and to use elevator but these did nothing to stop the wonderful experience we had.

The John's Pass area of Madiera Beach is a favorite. Walking distance to so many shops, eateries and activities. Love the view. Nice pool area, but not as much shade as we like. The unit was well provisioned with water, soaps and bath towels. Kitchen was well equipped.

Loved staying here. Close to everything. I loved at it was very secure. Elevators locked. Not just anyone can get on floors. I felt very secure. Close walk to the beach. The owner is very nice. We want to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.Very relaxing!!!

This property had an excellent view and loved having Johns Pass across the street. The master bedroom needs new blinds. One slat was missing and they didn’t close right. The spare room could also use darker blinds as you get a lot of light from the hallway outside the unit at night. The unit needs new rugs and a good, thorough cleaning including the glass sliders. The couch also had one arm that was either missing or broken and the balcony needed cleaning.

Location, Location, Location! We truly enjoyed our week in paradise. I honestly think I could live on the balcony. It was heavenly! There’s nothing we needed that the condo didn’t have and so many extras that I didn’t expect (beach towels & chairs, etc).
The owner responded promptly when I had questions and I will definitely be back. From 7months to my disabled husband this property worked great for my crew.

Perfect condo for the week for me and my two teenage boys. The condo is close to everything to walk to on one side and beautiful ocean views on the other. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and Mike was great to work with. The condo grounds and pool area are very nice and clean as well. Can't say enough good things 😊

This is a wonderful property in the bustling area of Madeira Beach. The condo faces the ocean and is very spacious and quiet. Well equipped unit with a lovely pool and quick access to the beach. The owner Mike was very easy to correspond with. Will definitely reserve this unit again!
