This beautiful condo is perfectly located within roughly 15 minutes from so many hiking trails, parks, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. My husband and I loved having somewhere quiet and comfortable to relax after long days out enjoying all the area has to offer. Morning coffee on the private, large back porch was the perfect way to start the day. Soaking in the hot tub after a long hike was amazing, too. We loved our stay!

Would highly recommend!! Perfect location as a Basecamp for Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Owner is very responsive to inquiries and great to work with.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the interstate, clean, beautiful and well taken care of.

It was a perfect location between St. George and Zion National Park. The condo was appointed like a luxury condo. The swimming pool/hot tub was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was terrific to end the day after a day of hiking. We also loved using the grill and eating out on the balcony as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

They somehow didn't notify the host of our reservation, so we showed up to a condo that hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests. Unmade beds, and wet laundry. When we were finally able to contact the Hosts they were very accommodating and apologetic. Over all a very nice place, just miscommunication.

Very quiet, considering the amount of construction in the area. Beautiful pool area. The condo has a very nice layout, and the decor is very nice. Has everything one could possibly want in the way of cooking. We would love to come back!

The condo was perfect, spacious and immaculate ! It had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Loved the outdoor patio with fireplace. Location was close to the highway, convenient to visit Zion and other destinations.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and worked well. Plenty of dishes, sheets, pillows and towels. Loved the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs.

The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great response to any question we had.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We have stayed at other properties in the area and they had coffee and creamer there already and we simply replenished. We got in a bit late so that would have been nice for the following morning. The outdoor fireplace has a short in it and we had a hard time making it work. The temperature in the condo is warmer than we prefer but we adhered to the instructions nonetheless. The second bath light switch doesn’t work well at all, very hard to turn light off. The size of the master bath and bedroom is very nice and comfortable. The living room is a very nice comfortable size. There are two items that we found not attached to the wall and just placed them on the counter. Front door is hard to shut/lock. Love the security gate. The unit is on the third floor so I think I must have missed that in the listing or maybe it’s not on there. The pictures listed are overall accurate of the condo.

Easy to get St. George, Hurricane and Zion from here. Loved the gym. Kitchen had everything we needed as well.

A perfect condo from which to enjoy Zion. The unit is spacious, well appointed, clean, and beautifully situated. Checking in and out was easy and our host communicated promptly. We’d definitely return.

My daughter had a destination wedding in Utah. We chose this location as it was close to her venue. The condo was perfect - modern, clean, and beautiful. We loved that our view was the landscape of the mountains. The entire facility was perfect.

Beautiful condo in a small complex near Hurricane which we used as a home base for trips to Zion, Bryce and other Southern Utah parks. Nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen and baths. Community pool and fitness center were about 300 yards from condo but easy walk. Very nice, private porch with table and sitting area with beautiful view. Only downside was the entry lock. Code didn't work but we could lock/unlock with key; however, it often stuck in lock. Owner was notified. Overall, we were very pleased with this unit.

Property was as advertised. It was a very good location for us visiting National Parks. It was a good space for 8 people.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Hurricane for our family of five! Clean, beautiful, nice layout, adequately furnished & stocked. After hiking in the mornings at Zion, we would come back to the comfortable & cool townhouse. Then go to the beautiful outdoor pool & hot tub. We also utilized the gym, which is nicely set up & was never busy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet easy to get to from the highway. There is a liquor/wine store very close by - another bonus! Speaking of which, we enjoyed wine & playing board games while sitting on the spacious balcony/outdoor living space. This outdoor space is 100% private with views of the mountains, a fireplace, & comfortable seating. We have stayed at many vacation homes & this one ranks very highly. A 10 out of 10!

I didn’t realize the amount of stairs involved from the parking garage to the front door. Hauling baggage and coolers up and down was difficult. The sliding glass door in the dining room was unlocked when we arrived. We loved the privacy of the courtyard and entertainment area. The outdoor pool was clean and nice but a bit far from building H. We did not find the large game board useful, we were not sure where to put it so we all could use the ottoman? The kitchen is well organized and the labels were helpful. We could not find a cookie sheet or foil though. The pots and pans should be replaced as the teflon is pealing off. The above mentioned comment are more FYI and did not effect our fun time together. The place is very nice and we had a enjoyable stay.

Beautiful.. kitchen and grill great for cooking meals.. we never eat out after hiking and MTB. Not touristy, close to highway but quiet because on back side of building.

I can not even begin to express how much we loved this condo! We were pleasantly suprised with how peaceful and quiet it was. We loved the views, thw fireplace was awesome. Everything was sparkling clean. The big huge soaker tub was a fun suprise. We basically had the pools all to ourselves because there were no crowds. Dealing with the host was a breeze, she was always very responsive. This was a fabulous place to stay and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for letting our family make the funnest memories!

We traveled to visit Zion National park. This place was wonderful to come back to and we felt right at home. They had everything and it was clean, clean, clean! The kids loved the bunk beds, playing checkers, and we all greatly enjoyed the patio area. The kids also loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable too. Literally zero complaints on this place. A true gem.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip to hike in Zion. It was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Exactly as pictured. Well stocked with household items. We loved chilling on the patio! Easy drive to Zion. Wal Mart is nearby for anything you need. Highly recommend!

Even though I was there with my 86 year old father for less than 12 hours as a stopover between CA and CO so we could go to Zion early the following morning, we really enjoyed our stay. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others that I know will be traveling in that area.

Spacious and comfortable condo! we loved the covered back deck looking out to the mountain, garage parking, pool and fitness center and amenities. Very quiet complex, safe, secure and clean.

We will definitely be back. Such a great property and close to so many iconic sites in the area. The house itself was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a couple little hiccups and the owner responded and resolved quickly. We can’t wait to rebook!

This very well appointed condo exceeded expectations with the quality and cleanliness. The location was great for access to many hikes as well as many restaurants. Wish we had time to enjoy the amenities- would be great place to stay in the summer! Would definitely return.

Comfortable property with great locations and amenities

Comfy furniture for 4 adults, nice kitchen, wonderful patio but outside fireplace only runs for about 10 minutes then shuts off which was too bad as was about 45 degrees in early evening. Very close to Coral Canyon golf course which is beautiful.

Quiet, comfortable condominium with room for everyone to relax. Be aware that there is no elevator, which may be a problem for some. Easily açcessible from I-15, however we found access to nearby restaurants and groceries somewhat limited. We cooked many meals in kitchen and stopped at St. George or Hurricane when returning from outings, so wasn't too much of a problem for us.

Our family had a wonderful time in Utah! The property and host was so wonderful. Clean, well stocked, quality furnishings.
