The stay was wonderful, we loved it. Our only complaint was that the drapes in the Master Suite would not close completely. a couple of foot or more gaps were left open. This was at odds with the otherwise perfection of the property

The location and neighborhood was very nice. No instructions on the operation of the televisions were provided. The microwave doesn't work, the oven malfunctioned, and the dishwasher is in disrepair. In my opinion it was not worth the per night total. Had to buy additional dishwashing pods, no wood provided for fire pit. Just cheaply done for the money.

This house was fantastic for our ladies get away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bar tend. The pool was lovely. Proximity to beach was great. Wonderful neighborhood for morning walks.

Overall, the house is very nice. It is clean, well-stocked, spacious, and great access to the beach. The in-wall microwave does not work, but a counter top one is provided. The game room and pool are a nice amenity. The 3rd level queen bed has a very firm mattress. The king beds are comfortable. The 1st level “queen” is actually a full with an extremely uncomfortable mattress and 2-inch pillow. Additionally, there is no covering on the sliding doors which puts you on full display at night. We did have an issue with the breaker (in the evening) and the maintenance guys were there the next day to fix it.

The house was lovely and well maintained, with the following exceptions:
The drains in the 2 showers on the second floor are clogged, the light in the garage didn't work, the bbq igniter was defect and the lanai screen was completely torn..
We had a wonderful stay of course anyway and just wanted to keep you informed of necessary repairs.

Loved the quiet secluded area of Cinnamon Beach. Great house for large family, with many bedrooms and large open spaces. Just one issue, heater on pool wasn’t working. We called to have it tended to, however, issue was not addresses during our stay. Will return! Loved it!!!

We had a very nice time and enjoyed the house. The house does need some minor upkeep. The curtain rod hooks are broken on the windows in the front of the house (so the living room and upstairs master). The main microwave that is above the oven is not working, but there was an extra microwave on the countertop. There were also two coffee pots on the countertop and one doesn’t work. I would think they should just remove the one that does not work. We only had to call maintenance once because we were unsure of the lock to enter the home, but they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

We rented this house for 5 families to gather in. The house was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the porches! There’s nothing like listening to ocean waves after dark. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The only thing we found a little odd was that many of the door locks, including the bottom floor were broken. This may have been a recent development but we made sure to let management know.

Perfect location on a wonderful and beautiful beach. I travel with the same group of friends the same weekend every fall, and we try to mix up different beaches every year. We all agreed this is one we could definitely revisit.

Great family vacation home
Lovely large home. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful and safe community and excellent proximity to the beach. Also the proximity to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona is very convenient. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Home is as pictured and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for indoors and out; beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, games, puzzles and cards, ping pong and pool. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including a crockpot and Keurig (also a regular coffee maker). Thank you to the owners who thought of everything so we could have a great week!!

We had 14 people arrive on Saturday, 8 adults and 6 children. There was room enough for everyone and plenty of space to either gather or find room for peace and quiet. The facilities were fine; TV's, kitchen appliances or the swimming pool were all just right. Shopping was easy and plentiful. The ocean was across the street and the pool complex was six houses down the street. All-in-all, a wonderful place.

An elevator to get those suitcases up two floors was a welcome bonus. Uncrowded beach and close enough to St Augustine to take advantage of the amenities there, too. Don't miss the Dolphin swim!

Location is perfectly placed in the development. Sit on the porch and you can feel the sea breeze and see the ocean. Game room was fun for the kids with the pool, ping pong table, pac man game machine and tv sitting room.

Love this place. Our families new vacation home
Location is perfectly placed in the development. Sit on the porch and you can feel the sea breeze and see the ocean. Game room was fun for the kids with the pool, ping pong table, pac man game machine and tv sitting room.

Although mgt was unable to verify it - Bajamar had two pak and plays, a high chair, numerous beach toys, numerous beach chairs, numerous beach towels, a beach wagon - really anything and everything one needs for a long stay at the beach.
We had 6 adults, an infant and two toddlers and I think everyone had a great time.
Beach access is directly accross from the house, and the club pools are just a couple of blocks a way - easy walk.

Although mgt was unable to verify it - Bajamar had two pak and plays, a high chair, numerous beach toys, numerous beach chairs, numerous beach towels, a beach wagon - really anything and everything one needs for a long stay at the beach.
We had 6 adults, an infant and two toddlers and I think everyone had a great time.
Beach access is directly accross from the house, and the club pools are just a couple of blocks a way - easy walk.

Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, towels, etc. perfect location for the beach. Minor issue with a/c in the basement but their maintenance department was very quick to fix it. Lots of gathering spots inside and out! We had 8 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable. Only thing we were not crazy about was the actual beach. Sand is very coarse with ground shells. There are big boulders in the water that are only visible at low tide. Very hard to swim or body surf because of the rocks. Not ideal for small children!

We could barely get in the ocean water without hurting our feet. Apparently, these rocks were uncovered by a hurricane a few years back. Other than the rocks, this vacation community is wonderful and the house is gorgeous and well-supplied! Would be back for sure!

Great vacation spot
Beautiful house and community! We loved being able to walk to the pool whenever we wanted! Only problem with this location are the large rocks in and out of the water! We could barely get in the ocean water without hurting our feet. Apparently, these rocks were uncovered by a hurricane a few years back. Other than the rocks, this vacation community is wonderful and the house is gorgeous and well-supplied! Would be back for sure!
