Fantastic stay

Communication with the property manager was great. Needed information was timely sent to us and easy to understand. We needed to extend our stay one night and my text was promptly returned. The place was clean and set up well. We will definitely deal with Red Rock Properties again!

This was a really nice place to stay. However after we were gone all day we returned to find someone else had been in the home and left their Wendy’s food bags on the desk. No one was able to tell us how and who. This was nerve racking to say the least.

Overall this property was great and in a nice location. You are a little bit outside of town, but it is a very new area and complex so everything is really nice. The common areas like pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well maintained. The only suggestion I have for this property is that you should install ceiling fans throughout. Other than that it was an excellent choice for our trip.

This was the perfect place for me and my bridal party to stay the nights before my wedding!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends.

The unit is a lot newer than others that we have stayed at in St George. It was very comfortable and we would book it again in the future.

The property was in a great location and a great house for large families. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. The bathrooms decor and light fixtures seemed to be very dirty, there was a hand towel in one of the upstairs bathrooms that looked like it had been previously used. There was a bath rug in the downstairs master bath that was dirty and just thrown in the closet. Also, the fridge was clean but I found hair inside when putting our groceries away. I just feel that the cleaning fee for this property was rather high and the house was not up to cleaning standard, especially with Covid on the rise.

The place was cute and decorated cute. Looked clean, but wasn’t necessarily. My baby crawled on the floor for less than five minutes and his legs were completely black with dirt, found hairball in the carpet, etc. It seems like as long as they make it appear clean that’s enough. My biggest complaint would be the pool key did not work. I called the number provided and never got a return. This is very frustrating when you pick a place with a pool to go swimming and then can’t get in.

Good property for a getaway in Southern UT

I had myself and two of my assistants stay with me in order to save money from hotels by being able to cook our own meals and be away from the parents on the team. Was extremely happy with our rental.

Usually when you book, you get an email confirmation and an email from the property manager with details on your arrival. I had booked two days prior and did not receive an Email from the property manager and had to call the Red Rock office to have them send it to me the day of. The office lady named Hannah, helped us out but it looked like in her email- she forgot to change the wifi password because we rented the Farmhouse and the password was for the Beachhouse. I was a bit annoyed, because with two teenager girls and one preteen boy- WiFi is a necessity. Either way- I figured out the wifi by looking in the manual they had at the house. It’s really didn’t really matter because the wifi isn’t the greatest and most of the time- I just used my data on my phone which was faster. When we left, one of my teenager girls forgot her swimsuit in the room and I had emailed the their reservation line and left a voice mail for them to check but no answer.... I finally got hold with someone from their office (after calling them three times) and they took my name and email address, and she said she would email me back if housekeeping finds it but it’s been a week later, and still no response. I get it, it’s Covid and the resources are tight and slow but sheesh, if your going to say you’ll get back, you need to. Pro: Loved how new and clean the property was but the lack of customer service isn’t the greatest. The cleanliness could had been better, especially in the restroom. Don’t want to be taking a shower, and seeing hair from the person before. Feels like you just showered at the gym and especially in these times. Luckily I bought my Lysol and Clorox wipes and wiped all High touch point areas and remote controls. The location is of the property is on the outskirts but that was fine for us- as it was easily right off the highway and best as we went to Bryce and Zion and made things easy that it was right off the highway.

Since this is mainly a vacation rental area there should be more than one pool to acomódate the hundreds of vacation homes using the same pool. Garage was so small we couldn’t fit a mini van and an SUV in it but overall place was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with the stay at The Farmhouse! Very well furnished, larger than I anticipated, plenty of comfortable beds for 4 of us, but would have been comfortable with 10. Nice TV's in each room, with decent TV service and smart TV availability. Enough beach towels and other towels, also had great kitchen amenities as well. Overall I was very happy with our stay! So much better than staying at a small cramped hotel!

However, when we arrived, we were switched to Farmhouse (which didn't have a loft). I had to call and ask. Apparently the owners of Sun Villa wanted to stay there that weekend so they switched us to Farmhouse without asking us. Farmhouse was great, clean, nice, pool was wonderful even in December, but it wasn't what we originally reserved. They should have offered a discount or something. The manager was very apologetic and nice but bad business practice in my estimation. Our truck wouldn't fit in the garage because it was too short. If you didn't have your own Netflix subscription, then you couldn't watch. Plus, the cleaning and insurance fees were a little steep. Overall, I just wouldn't come back. We still had fun but it's the little things and with so many competing rentals in St. George, I know I could find a better rental somewhere else.
