This cabin was PERFECT for our extended family to vacation together. The kitchen and living spaces were large enough for us to enjoy being together. The cabin was stocked with all the things we needed, and the listing was clear regarding items we needed to bring. They even had a high chair available for my 1 year old! The property manager promptly notified us regarding a crew coming to fix a sink hole. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

The area was very nice and quiet. The owner was very responsive and responded to me in a timely manner. We loved the property and will be coming back again.

My group of 17 people ranged from age 3 to 70+. Overall, we enjoyed the very convenient location approx. 5 minutes off the main street and the quality of the cabin and its amenities. Everyone had enough space to themselves. Only slight downside was not enough bakeware or cookware for pizzas or large dinners. But we were able to make it work. And maybe more linens would be good for showers but again we just did laundry each day to ensure everyone had a clean one every time.

The house was perfect for our family with 9 adults and 4 children. Well equipped and lovely. There was ample seating for meals, lots of dishes and pots/pans. We grilled dinner twice; the grill was new and easy to use. Having a second full refrigerator was great too. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool as well. The location was close to attractions. Would higly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location. Reviews were on point with the parking, but you’re in the mountains and it was totally doable & expected.
Only wish there was a little more attention to detail. The amenities you’d expect at most upscale homes such as garbage bags, paper towel, iron, blow dryer, extra tp, coffee and so forth was a lacking considering the home is supporting large groups of people. Overall, I’d def stay again but would come much more prepared.
Had a ton of fun and any questions I had were responded to promptly.

There were eight adults, three children ranging from the age of 91 down to nine months we went sightseeing. We rode the go karts. We went to the arcades and did a lot of shopping plus making great memories with the family at a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing your home with us. I thank God for making away for us to be able to go and be together.

We had a group of 13 adults and children. Cabin had plenty of space for all of us and the layout allowed for us not to feel confined or on top of each other.

The dumpster at Kroger is locked up. The cabin has cob webs and dust on the walls. But we did enjoy our stay.

Property location and size is great! Plenty of room for everyone without being on top of each other. Pool table, arcade game and hot tub were nice to have also. House could have been cleaned better since the floors needed swept. As mentioned in the post, the parking was on a hill which made getting in and out of vehicles a little difficult. We would stay again if possible when in town.

Beautiful, perfect place for our Staff. And so close to Leconte where our Dance Nationals were! The parking on the slant is a little tricky carrying in groceries or lots of luggage. But fine for our fit dance teachers! We will stay again when we come back!!!

The house was perfect for my family (13 of us). The downstairs was great for the kids to hang out in.
The one problem I saw was that there were no grab bars in any bathroom. The two bedrooms on the main floor had bathtubs. Being an older person, I certainly needed a grab bar! There was also a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom which was reported. In the long run, the house was great for our family. I

Such a gorgeous, clean cabin. Family of 12 had enough space for each couple. Great communication with the host; we will be booking again.

Our large group had a great stay! The house was as pictured and very large and spacious (Having 8 bathrooms was a huge bonus for an all girls trip). The upper and lower decks were amazing for all of us to sit out on! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return!

We traveled with a group of 5 couples for a quick weekend getaway. We had a couple hiccups that were handled as promptly as possible, but overall enjoyed our stay. The only advice for future renters would be to not choose the lower level if you are a light sleeper because you can hear everything going on above you.

Property was clean and as shown in pictures. Kitchen is well stocked for large groups. One bedroom is a queen not a king. Investments in new quilts and some new mattresses are needed. Heat on main level would only be warm if placed on auxiliary. Instructions and batteries are needed for the multiple remotes for each of the main room TVs.

We used this as a meet up location for our extended family Christmas with people from all over the country. It was perfect for our big group to have enough room for everyone to hang out and eat together while having lots of private spaces to spread out. We really enjoyed the huge dining table, good size kitchen, and the pool and chess tables got lots of use too. We were able to stay warm during the severe cold and the road, while steep, was very well maintained during the snow we got. We loved our stay!

We rent a large cabin every December. This was cleaner than most. Layout worked good for 10 adults and 6 children. Nice to have 2 fridges.
Only 2 negative things, the grill on porch was not useable and something was wrong with the oven in the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very nice. We loved how each room had its own private bath. The communication with the owners was perfect. Mickey was very responsive.

We found the cabin cleaner than most we have rented. Wonderful handy location. Found the kitchen sparsely furnished. However I understand that owners have no control over what others carry off. Overall would recommend this cabin.

Fantastic layout with plenty of room for everyone to have private space.
Dining table is big enough to seat 12 comfortably.
The kitchen was great with plenty of room, dishes, etc..
Loved the extra fridge, microwave and couches downstairs.
2 Half baths were nice to have.
We had some issue with fireplaces, tubs not draining well and thermostats not working properly. The temperature seemed to fluctuate and switch to auxiliary on its own.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Every couple had their own private bed and bath, and the game room and hot tub downstairs were great! We contacted the property manager once and they responded right away. The only thing we needed were some cookie sheets in the kitchen and more seating on the back deck. There were 10 of us, but only seating for 6 outside. We were not ready to come home after 4 nights, so I also wish we had booked a longer stay!

My family, husband, and myself all stayed in this cabin for our wedding week! We couldn’t not have asked for a better place. The location was perfect, the size of the cabin was AMAZING. the decorations were gorgeous, we all took turns picking out things we wanted to take with us (lol!!). Like other reviews, it could definitely use a deep clean (cobwebs, dirty dishes in cabinets- mainly from lack of use- not a big deal we washed before we used :)), but it did not negate anything and everything else!! Would 1000% recommend this cabin and cannot WAIT to come back and stay again. Also, we loved all the lights in the cabin! ALSO, great communication from owner, a couple members arrived into town early and we were able to go ahead and check in early because the cleaners were finished!
