The best house we have stayed! Very accommodating and comfortable. Met all our needs from a grassy area for our little dog to swimming for the kids. Host even gave us great directions for a great beach location and shopping. It was an excellent vacation! Thank you very much!

Tammy was an amazing hostess and made sure everything was just right. The home itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a week stay. We are in most meals to save money and we had plenty of cookware. The screened in pool made it easy to go outside without having to fight the bugs. The location was an easy drive to all of our City Pass activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

Needed a local rental while I was having work done on my home and this house was exactly as it is advertised. Host was available for questions and responded very quick. I had a dog with me on my stay and the yard was a good size and closed in.

Our stay was excellent. Home was clean and perfect for the four of us and a few family members who stopped by for a visit. Pool was clean and well kept. Quick responses to communication before and during the trip. Didn’t want for any basic kitchen utensils and cookware. Well stocked.

It was very nice to spend our vacation in this house. We immediately felt at home.
The neighborhood was also very nice and the ride to Clearwater Beach was also wonderful.
Like the previous times, it was a great pleasure to communicate with Tammy and we are already looking forward to the next time when we will spend our vacation in one of her houses.

The house is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home, with all the amenities anyone could need. The property was very clean and organized, and Tammy was eager to help out with anything we might need, such as giving recommendations on what to do or making sure that everything was okay. I will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this rental.

It was nice to have a home setting to relax in after we sold our house in MO. The house had a good flow to it. Even at the end of Oct was able to get in pool a few times in our 2 week stay.

We had an excellent time at the pool house. The property was pet friendly. All the amenities were great. House was clean and cozy. The host was amazing. She gave great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommend!

This house was fantastic! Clean, cute and cozy! My family and I stayed here for 7 nights and felt right at home! The pool and patio were just what we needed for a weeks worth of relaxation! Added bonus: Tammy was very helpful and attentive!

Just got back from a weeklong stay at this perfect property. The pool and covered patio were perfect for our two teens. The house is continently located to all major routes in Tampa area so getting to Orlando or St. Pete/Clearwater was super simple. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with all the tools needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental. Thanks Tammie!

We had a great time at this house. The pool was amazing and the house was too. Everything was very clean and well kept. Location was perfect for attractions and for shopping. Very easy to get around from here. Five stars for sure!!!

Tammy allowed us to check-in early and check-out later. The pool and patio were so clean and we spent so much time outside. Tammy had the house well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and a great location close to the airport and easy to get around Tampa and to Clearwater and St. Petes. We will be back to stay again.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. It has all the comfort of home. We had hoped to stay somewhere closer to the beach, but it wasn't a far drive to a small local beach on the bay and about a half hour to Clearwater beach. The location was convenient with grocery stores close by and just minutes from the highway. The owner checked in with me to make sure we arrived without incident and made sure everything was satisfactory. She was available the first night to help me resolve an internet issue. We had a great family vacation and would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We travel often and have stayed in countless rental homes. This was the cleanest and best appointed home we’ve stayed in. It’s gorgeous. We stayed over thanksgiving and it was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. Just like home! We also had use of the garage space to park our car. That was an unexpected perk!
I grew up in the neighborhood across the street. The area is lovely, safe and easy to travel to anywhere in the Tampa area. The shopping, dining and outdoor activity opportunities are plentiful.
It is a house best suited for a single group on the same sleep/wake schedule as the walls and doors are thin and sound travels. We occasionally heard the neighbors fussing at their barking dogs in the morning.
We had a great stay and will consider this again for our future visits.

With 2 pets & 2 adults working full time remotely - this house was a great in-between house for us. We stayed in between selling our old house & closing on our new house in the area. It is in a nice, established quiet neighborhood. The Pets were comfortable during their stay & the adults were able to work comfortably from the multiple desks available. Wi-Fi was able to support work & entertainment streaming without any issue. King size bed was super comfortable and loved being able to do laundry at the house. Was even able to park my SUV inside of the garage during our stay that also was during a tropical storm. Just a great house with an owner who cares that you are comfortable! Will definitely recommend this house to friends & family coming into the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was truly a home away from home experience. It had everything thing that we needed anywhere from appliances to toiletries. Tammy was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

We moved from out of state with two small dogs and stayed at the property for a couple weeks before closing on our new house. This was my first VRBO rental so, I wasn't sure what to expect. Tammy was very gracious, and the property had everything we needed as if it were our own home. If we had an issue, it was quickly addressed and didn't detract from our experience. I would recommend this host and property!!

Property was clean. Tammy answered all questions quickly and even checked in to see if she could recommend some places around the area. Was moving our daughter into USF. Property is only about 15 minutes from there, so it was very convenient.

My family had a very nice time staying here. The pool was great and the house was very comfortable. There were two issues that needed addressed (normal house stuff) and the owner couldn't have handled it better. I would highly recommend this property or any other property they have. Lots of little extras already in the house, stuff you don't want to buy for a week or two.

Amazing stay
Tammy was amazing. Any questions that we had she did get right back to us very quickly. The house was very comfortable and a vey nice layout. The two teenagers will definitely miss the pool.

Perfect for our family!
My family (2 adults, 2 children & 1 dog) enjoyed our stay very much! The house and pool were clean and well kept. We swam for hours every day! Communication with the host was super easy. It felt like our home away from home for two weeks.

We had a wonderful week! The house was really clean, well thought out and comfortable. Tammy has put a lot of thought into what her guests will need. We were there for a camp at Busch Gardens and it was about 15 mins away. The pool was clean and welcoming, I highly recommend!
