The apartment is well kept. I asked for a king size bed but they put two twin mattress together to make it king so the partition in the middle of the two mattresses bothered making it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably.

This place was great! Tucked into a nice and very QUIET golf community. Safe area and the resort had a spacious 2 bedroom condo with balcony. Keep in mind they don’t allow smoking on your balcony, which was fine for us, but may be a problem for others. We enjoyed our stay!

Really nice little resort with great condos. The condo was clean and well laid out. Crockery and pots and pans a bit sparse but that was the only negative about the property itself.
The resort has a great pool for speed swimming but no real leisure pool. It has great seating and a nice pool bar/snack bar but if you're not a club member you can't order from it.. which kind of defeats the object if your'e staying as a hotel guest.
The check in desk was fantastic and the staff great.
The only bad experience was the pool area on a saturday and sunday from 12pm to 3pm. They have a DJ who thinks he's in a nightclub. He plays the music so loud there is no escape even in your condo. It was like having a DJ in our lounge and bedroom. Outside it was unbearable and even with ear pods in and your own music fully ramped up to the max you could hear his music over it. He was clearly enjoying it as I was getting anxiety watching him dancing to his 'vibe' for a full 3 hours. I wouldn't stay again purely for this reason which is a shame cos it was a fabulous place.

We stayed here for a few days and it was great! the condo was clean & quiet. Nice size pool and the splash pad for the kids was a plus. It was a good distance from Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Less than an hour drive. And a-lot of amenities around the property.

This place was disgusting! We had to kill multiple bugs, one of which was about 4 inches long that came out of nowhere. We left immediately!

As advertised, the unit and property were in perfect condition. We booked through Expedia and wanted to extend. The manager, David, was available in the evening and quickly responded and extended us. Great getaway, compared to any hotel you won’t find better.

On check in the manager was awesome. We had to be in the area to visit the cancer center so emotions ran high. The manager David allowed us to check in early. He was helpful kind and just was effortless in his actions. Thank you for going that little bit extra it truly helped are day more than you no. We will return for repeat appointments

We booked 3 condos for a family trip. Before we even reached the property , i had the most amazing customer service on the phone with the GM, David. He was so helpful arranging our condos and making sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. The property is wonderful. Beautifully maintained, great space and nice quiet location, but yet, just a around the corner from Dale Mabry, where you can find any type of eatery you could wish for. Dean, David's assistant, who is there 24 hrs a day, was very friendly and helpful on guving us tips on the area and places to eat. This complex is located on premises of Carrolwood Country Club. As a guest of the resort, you can have drinks or eat at the country club, which we did for drinks one afternoon and lunch the next, and it was fabulous. I can't say enough about this place. Top notch customer service and a lovely place to stay. I can't express how highly I recommend this property. 10/10

We stayed at this property for just a few days during Thanksgiving week. These are well appointed condos with free parking. We loved having space (2 bedroom; 2 bath), full kitchen, and w/d. It seemed to take 20 minutes to get most places we were going, but if you are planning on the beach that will take you 40 minutes. Didn't have daily maid service, but they do leave out items like toiletries on a cart so that was helpful.
Things we didn't like - we never saw the concierge at the desk. My key stopped working while the asst manager Dean was around mid-day, and he made the comment that he lives there. Well, that's fine, but what about the lady who was locked out later at night - we let her in - because her key also stopped working. He told me "don't get them wet". Mine was in the little envelope in my purse and nowhere near anything wet. Owners - get keys that work, pay staff to actually be at that desk, and invest in mattresses. We had a king that was literally 2 twin beds and they were uncomfortable. We were supposed to have 2 kings, we were given a king & a queen. It was ok for us with just one teen along, but other couples may not like that substitution.
Summation - optimistic marketing, lack of service, plenty of space, nice neighborhood.

The Mgmt was especially helpful in any of my requests or needs and always responded in a timely manner. He also accommodated me to be able to stay in same room when I had to do a last minute extension. Excellent customer service!

We loved our stay so much we booked three follow-ups for our next medical treatment trips later this year. The beds were form and yet soft and comfortable at the same time. I actually slept well, which I don't usually in hotels. It was spotless and nicely decorated with updated materials. I see why some people live there. Looking forward to the next stay.

Only bad thing I have to say is the check in process was horrible. Check in is at 2 I arrived at 3 and my room still wasn’t ready. Couldn’t find anyone to help me. Ended up having to wait 30 more minutes for our room. My kids had to use the bathroom in their utility closet. After check in everything else was perfect!

The Condo was in excellent condition, the pool and play area were enjoyed by my son. The 1972 main bar and grill that was next door in the golf club has excellent food, but there menu is limited.

We attended a swim meet located on the premises. The condo was perfectly equipped, very comfortable and roomy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk up to clubhouse for good meals. A couple of miles to all the shopping you'd need for food and supplies. Excellent experience.

We loved the personal feel, as if we were going to our own condo/home. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! Parking was fine, although the lots fill up during peek golf times, so you might want to inquire if there are any tournaments ahead of time. We would go back in a minute!

The " resort" which they should not call it that because it had no resort features at all , was dirty old and very uncomfortable that we left a day early, we never saw anyone that worked there and they did not answer any emails that I tried to communicate with them about my unhappiness. As I said I left early and was never given a refund for the day that did not stay.
Would not recommend to my enemies.

Check-in wasn't great because they couldn't figure out how to get my key to work, but after that, absolutely no complaints. The place is nice and quiet. Lots of options for food and things to do in the area. Golf course on the premises. They need to lower the greens fees for condo guests. I paid top notch prices for a course that was in -C shape. The hotel rates fluctuate quite a bit, too. I've stayed for less than $200. It was over $300 for this stay. I don't know if the condition of the property warrants such a price tag, but generally I give it a thumbs up.

Wow, what a lovely place for a family! The staff here are so helpful and kind. Anthony was particularly helpful to us — many thanks to him. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic! Love the screened-in balcony., too. Our kids had a great time enjoying the splash pad and the playground, and us parents loved the comfy pool loungers. We will definitely come back!
