Very nice location, and short walk to beach.Had plenty of room for 3 adult couples, single adult and a child. Nicely furnished and decorated. Owners were very quick to answer even the smallest of questions and very detailed on check in and out policies, which made things very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Really can’t complain but if i had to suggest anything, I’d suggest some bath mats and a mop of some sort and maybe darkened curtains for master bedroom.

What I liked at the beautiful stay was its wonderful ocean views, easy beach access, plentiful entertainment available at hand, is well cleaned, super cozy and felt completely safe.

The only dislike is the low water pressure but is not enough to effect the perfect score of a stay.

The property owener (Lou) was excellent! He responded quickly and set my mind at ease. This was my first time using Booking.com. Lou left specific instructions on how to get in and out. It was our fist time in Jacksonville The home included many perks. There was WiFi, Hulu Live tv, LOTS of board games, beach items, the home was clean, and the location to the beach was EXCELLENT. We could see the ocean from our balcony. I would recommend this property to anyone !

This vacation rental was a perfect choice for my family's visit to Jacksonville Beach. The location was unbeatable - just across the street from a secluded beach that felt more private than the other options in the area. The added bonus of having beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and boogie boards available made our beach experience even better as we didn't have to worry about bringing those items or buying them locally. The street facing the rental was very peaceful and quiet, with mainly dog walkers and bikers passing by. It was a clean and safe neighborhood, making us feel at ease during our stay. The home's layout was perfect for our family - our teenage boys enjoyed their own space downstairs while we had the upper levels to ourselves. The in-law suite set-up on the first floor was an excellent addition, and we appreciated the privacy it provided. We also loved the two balconies and main-level patio space - they were perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunrise. The furnishings were comfortable and had a modern boho vibe, which added to the ambiance of the space. One minor issue we had was with the front door lock, but the owner was easily reachable and promptly addressed our concern. Overall, we had an exceptional experience at this vacation home, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jacksonville Beach.

Cream and sugar for the coffee and either a working water filter line and/or a few bottles of complimentary water is all that I would have added.

Loved every minute of the trip. Wonderful accommodations, beautiful home, and terrific beach access. We also appreciated the beach items that we were able to use.

Only issue (extremely minor) is that there was no toaster that we could find.

The property was perfect and i loved the kitchen with the garbage disposal and spray faucet. The laundry facilities being near the bedrooms was ideal as well as the hose on the deck to wash the sand off.

A new construction across the street minimizes the ocean view but did not deteriorate the vacation at all.

it was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for cook and even for going to the beach

it could be a little more clean, we found a pair of socks in the living room when we arrived and we also found hair in the bathtub, apart of this everything was perfect
