We had the most amazing stay at Oar'asis! Jen has really thought of everything you might need during your stay. Our favorite part was definitely the large amount of lake toys left for guests. The kids spent all day playing with them in the water! House was super clean and was set up for a very relaxing stay. We plan on visiting again! 10/10 highly recommend!!

The host is very helpful and responsive. From the booking months before until the day we left they were very courteous and informative about all my questions. This place is perfect for a family with young ones to keep busy swimming, fishing, or enjoying the other amenities like kayaks, a paddle boat, etc.
Everything including bedding and furniture were neat and clean. My number one concern going in was hoping the A/C worked well to take a break from the heat, and wow, it was like walking into a refrigerator, so that was huge!!!
Having an elderly GMA with us she was even able to make the short trip down to the dock to spend time with the youngens.
They have thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathroom they have all the proper utensils anyone would need to support a carefree stay. We will definitely try to make it back soon!

There were 5 of us and we went for just a quiet getaway to relax. The owner is delightful and super helpful. The property was just perfect with a great kitchen and patio. The view and ease of the property only added to the 4 day 3 night stay. I have already sent the listing to 4 other friends. Fantastic!!!

We've been to the Ozarks 3 years in a row and this was the best place we've stayed! Jen was great to work with and took care of all our needs. The kitchen is well stocked and that island is huge and impressive and the whole place is beautifully kept up! We had 3 couples and each having our own bathroom was definitely a bonus!
We were close enough to great places to hang out in pools and we were lucky to have gorgeous weather. If you're looking for a great view, great location, well stocked inside and out, and a great property manager, this is the place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were recent renovations throughout the house including updated kitchen and baths which made our stay very comfortable. With a quiet neighborhood, we rested very well every night.
It's important to pay attention to the parking instructions provided during check-in as space is limited and a bit steep but doable.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this absolutely beautiful house. It was exactly as shown online. Extremely clean and so wonderfully decorated. Jen was very responsive answering questions before the stay and the information provided regarding the check in process was perfect. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit windy, damp and cool so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much but certainly enjoyed eating and playing games around the huge kitchen island and in front of the fireplace. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family, including our two grandchildren 3 and 6, just spent 4 wonderful days at this beautiful lakefront property and couldn't have had a better time. Jen, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The giant island in the kitchen was a constant gathering point to cook, play games and do puzzles. The house is in a perfect location directly across the cove from Captain Ron's and just around bend from Pirates Point boat rental. The water toys at the dock were fantasic. We all played on the giant float, took the paddle boat out, and had fun on the paddle boards. Plus, I managed to catch 3 small mouth bass and 1 crappie from the dock. We would highly recommend this wonderful home and are looking forward to renting again.

We had a phenomenal stay! The house is super cute with 3 full bathrooms. It was easy to dedicate one to the kids in the basement which doubled as a game room while the adults had some quieter quarters on the first floor.
Don’t forget your bug spray! On the lake, you just can’t avoid this. The kitchen was well stocked with large pans that were perfect for cooking for a group. This isn’t something people often think about. There’s a grocery not far which was very convenient. There is a bar across the lake but they seemed to be respectful of loud music late into the evening and we hardly knew it was there.
Neighbors do have dogs that wander onto the property and deck but they were super friendly! We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, part of our party showed up early and we where quickly given the OK to enter early! Greatly appreciated! Everything was clean, layout was good but keep the blinds down it gets hot upstairs fast. Jen was amazing & quick to respond to our questions. Great neighbors, which we found out we knew, small world. Our 30ft boat tied to the side of the dock no problem. We lost power in the middle of the night for about 3 hours but it was a whole neighborhood thing. We are excited to be back next year!

We had a great experience working with Jen and loved the property. I would highly recommend this home and the amenities. We had a total of 3 couples and 2 pre-teen boys and it was plenty of space. The only complaint was that it was 100 degrees during our stay :)

Location was perfect for renting a boat and water toys. We didn’t fish much, but could see it being a nice fishing cove. Very close to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. House was very nice and newly updated with plenty of space. We grilled each night and sat out on the large deck to watch the sun set. Very nice place and would for sure stay at this location again.

The dock was filled with fun options to get into the water and two decks on the house gave us a lot of space to sit and enjoy the mornings and evenings. Beautiful sunsets included!

It was absolutely one of the best trips we have ever taken as a family. Everything was as it was shown in the listing. Jen was so responsive whenever we had questions and was a fantastic host. We had a total of 10 people there - all family - including 3 kids between the ages of 5 and 10. It simply could not have been better. I can't recommend Oar'Asis highly enough!

We have stayed in many VRBO homes at Lake of the Ozarks but this was definitely the nicest. The hosts have truly thought of every need. The house is beautifully updated and well-equipped —kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms—had everything we needed. The dock and lake area are peaceful with lots of ways to enjoy the lake. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We rented a boat from Pirates Point, right around the cove which worked out great! The neighborhood is peaceful and lovely for family walks. Grocery store just a few minutes up the road. Would highly recommend this home for a group or family!

The property was just as described. Anything you could possibly need was available as far as cookware; utensils; bakeware, etc. There were 5 of us. We had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed our Friday night at Captain Ron's and the music from there on Saturday night. Would definitely recommend.

Oar’asis offered a perfect long weekend getaway. The host accommodated our short notice and was quick in response time. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed. We were blessed with great weather (for mid February) and enjoyed hanging out on the dock … fishing and relaxing. Beds were comfy, kitchen and family room were a great hang out space with views, comfort and everything you would need. Game table in lower level was an added bonus! Thanks so much!

The house and location were perfect for our family get-away. We were looking for a facility that could accommodate us so that we could spend time together and celebrate my parents’ anniversary. We had a wonderful stay at the Oar'asis celebrating our son's birthday and enjoying time with family and friends. The house we very well stocked and clean. Jen was wonderful and accommodated our needs with our boat and trailer.

Loved it! The pictures are exactly what you can expect, this property was perfect for our family & friends vacation in the Ozarks. The island in the kitchen is the perfect gathering place to eat, or play card games at the end of a day on the lake. The cove is perfect for swimming off the dock, and the older teenagers loved the paddle boat and kayaks. The four bedrooms were all comfortable, and the home had all the necessary amenities. The owners were responsive and helpful, they provide a great lake experience!

The location of this rental is perfect. We had so much fun on the dock and with the outdoor equipment (paddle boat, canoe, fishing poles), and the house is located in a very calm cove - perfect for swimming! We also enjoyed hanging out in the large kitchen and living room areas. Overall, we had a great stay!

Having access to owners water toys is nice.
Feedback to owner is to consider adding sticky or a mat in hallway bathtub as my 89 year old grandma fell due to being so slippery. Luckily she just had a stiff hip after. Maybe consider spraying inside for bugs. My little guy loved hunting for bugs in and out!
Overall, house was clean, master and guest bed comfortable. Other beds not as comfortable but probably perfect for kids.
