Our family had a great stay at “This Must Be The Place!”. The accommodations were super clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had groceries delivered right after we arrived (but wish we would have taken an inventory before ordering) - there were a lot of basic essentials already there from previous renters (coffee k-cups, sugar, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, spices, etc). So, we just added our stuff to the current inventory. The fireplace was awesome for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning and late afternoon cocktails before dinner. This property is a true ski in/ski out, but we went late in the season, so conditions were not ideal for ski in/ski out. So, we ended up having to walk up and down the trail (not bad at all - about 30 yards down to Right O Way Trail). The only negative thing that I have to share - the shuttle down to the base of the slopes does stop around 4:30 PM.. You are NOT in walking distance to restaurants or shopping areas. We didn’t have any issues getting Ubers, but it was $20/$25 to take the mile/mile and a half ride down to the base area. So, if we Apres skied and missed the last shuttle - then it was a $25 ride back up the mountain to shower/change, $25 ride back to the village for dinner and $25 ride back to the place after walking around after dinner. Not very convenient - if you don’t have a rental car.

Loved everything about this condo. Great location...ski in ski out was so easy..unit is new, updated and clean..communication with the host was smooth...beautiful view of the slopes. One of our favorite ski destination stays. Thank you, Kelli!

This condo was perfect for our family of five! The living spaces and bedrooms are all exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals with plenty of extra supplies on hand. The ski in - ski out experience is so convenient. Even our novice 5yr old had no problem navigating the trail in/out. The patio area is very nice as well, with a perfect space to relax and enjoy the view. We’ve already booked for next year!

I stayed at “this must be the place” with my husband and two children for our first trip to Steamboat. The condo exceeded our expectations. The decor is beautiful, even better than in pictures. The view of the slopes is breathtaking, and it was especially nice on the weekend nights to watch the night skiers while enjoying the late light on the balcony. The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. And the shuttle service was great, as was the ski on ski off access. Location is great. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. I definitely hope to stay there again soon!

Such a relaxing ski-in/out property off a "green circle" trail with easy access to the Gondolas and the T-Bar (IYKYK). We loved watching the skiers go by during the day, the lights of night skiing, and the snow-cats grooming at night.
This property seemed bigger in person than in photos, and it was sharply and comfortably furnished and well-stocked. Big king bedroom with plenty of clothes storage, and a bunk with trundle to easily sleep 3 or 4 more - and a shower/bath for each bedroom. Loved the fireplace for toasty evenings.
The heated pool and hot tub are a 45-second walk, and have a nice locker room to change warmly.
Owner and manager are responsive and very helpful. Great stay - we would definitely book again.
Two things to note:
1) The ski-in/ski-out take a small amount of athleticism (and be sure to note where to ski-in from the uphill condo), and 2) it's not really walking distance to any market or restaurant and has no shuttle after 4:36p.

Owner very responsive. Condo nicely equipped, very clean and comfortable. Spa short walk across parking lot. True ski-in/out with ski storage (no lugging). 1 adult bdroom, but 2nd is comfortable bunk room. first rate property and owner!

Everything was exactly as advertised and more! Wood burning fireplace came with plenty of wood and fire starters, which made our evenings after skiing very enjoyable. Ski in/out is great location and we spent time on the balcony just enjoying the view of the various activities ie night skiing, trekkers on the mountain.

Great condo for our family of 5. The condo itself was super comfy (the master bed was great!), clean, and well stocked. The view of the mountain was wonderful. We also loved having access to the elevator, ski locker, and pool/hot tub/sauna. Highly recommend!

This really is “the place!” What a cozy, clean, wonderful place to stay. Awesome ski in ski out location with great views. The condo was stocked with everything you might need, and communication was great as well with the property manager. Highly recommended this place!

What a gorgeous unit coupled with super incredible views! This condo was very well stocked and had tiny details that made it one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a ski in ski out with a mountain view. Downloaded the RG Shuttle app so we could grab groceries at City Market and enjoyed a couple nights on the town. Would love to come back and stay in this beautifully decorated and conveniently located unit to ski in/out, and the unit is right near the elevator. Love the little touches like the candles and the fireplace. Met some fun people at Storm Meadows and in the hot tub which was a short walk from the condo. Five star local off a green catwalk. Great vacation!!!

Our family has been staying at different ski resorts the past four winter breaks, this condo is the best rental we have found so far. The owner was quick to respond to any question we had about the the property. The condo had every amenity you could want for a great vacation, we loved the wood burning fireplace!
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including extra paper towels and toilet paper. The condo truly is ski in ski out which is awesome. Our kids, 16-18 loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was perfect.
The views from the family room were amazing! At night the stars were so bright, we would light a fire, turn off the lights and enjoy the view of the mountain. We can’t thank Kelli enough for a wonderful family vacation at her condo.

This is an excellent vacation property. Clean, well appointed and organized. Kelli, who was our contact was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us clearly, answered multiple questions and gave us excellent recommendations from everything from dining and shopping to outdoor activities and adventures. I’m not sure when I have ever had a better stay at a mountain condo. I absolutely give this place my highest recommendation.

Stop looking and book this place
This condo is in Storm Meadows club building B. Storm Meadows in general is a big complex yet you feel away from the hustle of gondola square. Specifically Kelli’s condo is updated, very clean, and well equipped (FYI 2 crock pots). Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels including pool towels. Soap, trash bags, t.p. etc supplied. You can ski in from Right-O-Way or Giggle gulch with a short push if kids didn’t get enough speed. Ski out is immediately out the building’s side door. Storm meadows pool and hot tub could be crowded but it was never a problem and we were there during spring break. Storm meadows has many options but I expect for a 2 bedroom this is one of the best.

Super clean and very convenient. Would highly recommend the condo. Beautiful view of the slopes. Lockers were great for storing ski equipment. Literally right on the slopes. We will stay here the next Steamboat Springs.

It Was The Place
This condo was just as nice as the description and other reviews. It was spotless. Beds were comfy. Temperature easy to control. Stocked with any supply we needed. The owner responded readily to any messages.
The ski in/out aspect is great. To get off the slopes to the condo: The access trail off right o way is well marked and it takes you a hundred yards or so to the condo door. To get back On the slopes- the access trail is right outside the condo door. The rookies in my group found it easier to get to the condo by walking up the on-ramp rather than skiing the off ramp the hundred yards. Definitely a good ski in/out place.
Would stay here again without hesitation.
A note about steamboat: definitely a place where renting a car makes like much easier than using shuttles/buses.

Amazing experience
We travel for skiing at least twice a year and hands down this is the best place we have stayed to date. The condo has everything you need and then some. Kelli was wonderful to work with. We had a little snafu with our travel plans and Kelli was there to save the day…thank you again Kelli. If you travel to Steamboat and not have to worry about anything but awesome skiing this is the place to stay.

Ski vacation
Condo is a great location and makes hitting the slopes quick and easy. The view of the slopes is excellent. We had fun just watching the skiers coming down the runs and watching the moose on the mountain.

Excellent ski vacation
This condo worked well for a great ski trip for our family of 4. My favorite things about this unit: GREAT view of day/night skiing, easy check in, clean & cute unit, fluffy towels, comfy beds and it’s well appointed. Each time I thought “it would be nice to have (whatever)”… I’d find it in a cabinet. It was easy to do cooking, or go out to eat at the MANY delicious restaurants. (You can use OpenTable to make Reservations.) Kelli was a wonderful host.

Could not have asked for a better place to spend quality time with the family. So warm and inviting! Everything was absolutely perfect. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat. Ski in/out was a breeze and lockers for the skis was so easy. Loved it!

Hot Stuff!
This is a hard review to leave. First, this property is clean, well equipped and well decorated. Its the perfect size for a family of 4 with a great location. However, the property is marketed for both winter and summer. In the summer, this place is HOT. For context on our visit, at check in, the daily high temp in Steamboat was 85 degrees. Living in CO we understand it cools at night. When we check in, the inside temp was 95 degrees(there was a thermometer on the counter). There was just one clip on fan for the unit. We immediately opened all doors and windows, but with lack of cool air and no breeze it didn't cool. That night it went down to 55 degrees and by morning the unit cooled to 82. Again, if you don't get the breeze, it WON'T cool off. Point here is there is no AC and if you are ok sleeping at these temps, it would be great. I image it would be great in Fall and Winter too. Just not in the summer. I write this review because most will assume there is AC. The host was good at stepping in for the property manager who was not available to bring us fans. Unfortunately, they didn't help. The host executed to the terms of the agreement, but was not overly concerned about us checking out the first day and loosing $1700. Community Beware!
