The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property! Its the perfect, cozy place to stay while I visit CR! The bed is comfy, the house is clean and stocked with about everything you could need, the water pressure is great, and Krystal is very friendly and communicative! I will definitely book again if I can!

This home was one of the cutest properties I have seen. Bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and towels! Nicely, newly landscaped yard in a residential neighborhood. We have 2 big labs which made the space a little challenging but we all got a good nights rest. Would definitely stay here again if traveling without our "big" dogs or we had smaller dogs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property.

We stayed for a weekend for our anniversary and to go to a CR Kernels game. The place is homey and inviting and perfect for a short stay close to the baseball field and hockey arena. Many details and accommodations thought of for any traveler. Short drive to I 380.

This little cottage is absolutely adorable. My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight while relocating from Tennessee to Minnesota and this cozy home gave us a night of much needed rest. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel home for the holidays!

My husband and I stayed in this charming little cottage in Cedar Rapids to watch our son play tennis for Coe College.
Our hosts communication and hospitality were by far the best we've ever experienced from VRBO hosts! The cottage itself had all the little things you love but don't necessarily expect when traveling, like a basket of "extras" in the bathroom in case you forgot something, snacks and water in the fridge, books about Cedar Rapids (I read about the flood of 2008 and the Derecho of 2020 on our down time). They were also quickly responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Super cute and cozy, just like advertised! Very clean and great communication from the owner, Krystal. I'd add a place to hang clothes and a full size mirror in the bedroom but other than that everything was perfect. House was equipped with the essentials and a few extras, really knew how to treat a guest! Our welcome board was a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here!

My boyfriend and I live in different states and met halfway to see each other. We saw the listing and decided to stay at the Cozy Cottage. We absolutely loved it. Very cute, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
