Poor customer service, couldn’t get a parking pass and had to make a payment. Room needs to be upgraded; room has smells, stains on bed sheets and comforters, bathroom is very unclean and the toilet seat has stains and wore out, shower curtain is dirty and the bath tub is very dirty as well, it looks like nothing has changed from the day the hotel first opened. It’s a total disaster

I don't even know where to start. Let's put it this way, I'll never book anything with booking.com ever again.no price guarantee the room I got was nothing like what I saw on the website.

More supportive, staff dnt really help much. The exchange rate shop gave me a torn 20U$ and they couldn’t take it back after I realise it. There is no kettle and mug to make tea or Coffe in the room.

Staff approach is exelent, they are friendly.

It is a big Hotel, too many areas need to be upgraded/ manteinance. Rooms provides a certain level of confort and they are very safe. However there is scope to improve in term of hygiene, bathrooms conditions( heaters, broken windows, decoration , room light system etc.
