Lots of room for plenty of people with only complaint being that they cleaning crew did not do a good job. For example, sand in the beds and dirt on floors. Would stay here again but ask for cleaning prior to arrival.

Location is amazing, property is within short walk to the beach. Property owner is quick to answer any questions and help through process. House is spacious and pool was great. It was just perfect for our getaway.

This property was located just steps from the beach. The property had all of the beach toys you would want. For large groups this property is perfect because there are 4 separate living quarters with 4 kitchens.

The location of the property and the owners are absolutely the best. We had access to the entire property, everyone had their own space and we loved every minute of this location. We had something come up and the owner had the staff out within the hour correcting the issue! This place is a must for Panama City, it is so perfect to all the hotspots near the strip and the beach.

Renting was easy. Great access to host family for our questions and help with our needs. Excellent location for access to the beach and to stores. There was a main house plus two additional cottages which easily housed our 16 member party. Everything was clean and very nice. Four kitchen areas with all the needed appliances. Charcoal grill and fire pit by the pool! Access to washer and dryer. We had a marvelous time! Loved the place!!

This is the Perfect place for our needs! Our family has called this Our Vacation Spot 3 different Summers. Whether you’re looking to play in your own private pool with ample space around it or you want to take the short walk and be on the beach. 4 separate kitchens make it easy to make your own lunch. We like to go out for dinners and if you use the back beach Road the drive is not terrible. Evenings are very relaxing and quiet, you can put your young ones to bed and feel comfortable that you are close at hand if you’re wanting adult pool time or maybe playing cards on a outside table. With Air Conditioned rooms and comfortable beds you can get a great nights sleep to get up and do it all over again! We are very thankful to have found this gem!

We rented the whole house and carriage house for 19 people but the home is not really suited for a large group to cook together or to be together inside. Towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The linens were stained. One of the doors didn’t latch properly and we had to keep it dead bolted which was frustrating. Some of the beds were uncomfortable. It would be better for a smaller group.

We purchased our own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap for the group size we had but hand soap, dish washing soap was provided. We enjoyed the puzzles provided and the pool was warm and wonderful! The guys enjoyed fishing in the ocean plus down at the pier. The charcoal grill was large enough to accommodate our group’s cooking. The furniture around the pool was great. Overall, the property could use a little TLC and cleaning but nothing major like a previous review led us to believe. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m very surprised at all of the 5 star reviews of this place. We stayed for a week at a little over $8000 with a group of 14. Several doors appear to be falling off the hinges, the beds are horrible with the exception of 2, and one of the light fixtures looked like it could fall as well. Under the beds and on the fans is a thick layer of dust. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper even though it states in the description that this is provided throughout the stay. It seems at that cost for one week there that is the very least that could be provided. There aren’t really any dressers to put your stuff in and only a couple of hangers in the closet. The kids liked the pool and it is very close to the beach access, so those are the positives. It does sleep a lot of people, but part of that is a sofa sleeper in the dining room! Overall I was very disappointed and would never stay here again.

Thank you Ravi & Pravvena for allowing us to stay at the Blue House! If you plan on traveling in a large group like we did, I recommend booking the Blue house! It’s very spacious. The family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kids loved the pool so much, they didn’t want to get out. It’s very convenient to walk to the beach, not far at all. We definitely would book this place again in the future.

Difficult experience to say the least. - House was not ready on time, after traveling all day we had to wait outside until the cleaning service left. -House was not clean at all, bath mats hanging from balcony, trash in the pool, coffee cups from the last guests still there, the dishwasher was not unloaded. Bags full of sheets in the driveway. - The house was not in good repair. The bathroom doors did not lock, there were broken chairs and a broken cabinet. The air conditioner did not work in the bottom carriage house. -The description did not fit the home. Bedrooms without closets and there was no room to gather. - I made the owner aware of problems, but the pool was never cleaned or any of the problems fixed. - The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The house also had a wonderful outside area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great space for a large group. We loved the pool area. Also right across the street from the beach. Would highly recommend this house.

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect set up for us. We rented the whole property and it was like have 4 separate units for each of our families, which worked out perfectly for us. It was especially nice having 4 kitchens to cook in with so many people there! The owners communication was great from the start to the end! The location was perfect! Two beach accesses almost right across the street. They had pool toys and some beach stuff in a shed out back which was nice! They even provided towels for the beach/pool, most places I've been to did not.. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks again for everything!

We had everyone from my 80 year old Nana to a two year old. This house is perfect for families! Everyone was able to be together but we didn’t feel cramped. The house is clean, spacious and fun!

This house accommodate our family. It was across from the beach. We use the public access 79 bc it was closer. We stay near a retreat so be ready to see lots of younger crowd. But we enjoy our stay.

We just left June 5th. Our experience was great. We arrived to a care package sent from the owners with nuts, cheese, summer sausage, etc. Every need we had he responded to promptly and was very considerate. Ravi was a great host. The house had some cleaning issues but were handled promptly. He made our experience wonderful and we felt at home. The kiddos loved the pool and the seating around the pool was great! The decor was nice and updated. The downstairs kitchen of main house had a new stove and air fryer in the oven with a very nice microwave over it which also has convection cooking in it. The refrigerator was updated as well. Great price for a great house.
