House was ok. Older home but renovated and the decor is nicely done. Had an older home smell when we got there but we opened windows and it was fine the rest of the weekend. Hot tub was nice. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable/noisy, that was the only negative. Parking space is very small. Not sure how it can be advertised as 8 people in the house but you’re only allowed 2 cars.

The location was perfect! Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as plenty for families to do. Very quiet neighborhood and quiet street! A quick walk to a very tranquil pond in a park like setting. The well decorated house is perfect for either singles or families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms and even a hot tub, as well as nice linens and towels. The kitchen was very well laid out and well appointed. We enjoyed the large TV, and comfortable furniture to use after a day of sightseeing and eating chowder and lobster rolls. It was very nice to have some brochures that were provided about the things we could do and places to go.

Clean house comfy chairs, comfortable master bed (not sure about others). The hot tub during winter was a nice option.

We really enjoyed this home. It was close to where we needed to be on the Cape, it had all of the amenities we needed, and it was very clean. We had no trouble arriving or checking in and the visit went flawless. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay for the weekend. We loved that we could use the hot tub in the middle of the winter. We didn’t realize that there were no extra towels for this so plan on bringing extra for that (there were plenty for showers). Our biggest is was when we arrived after standing outside in freezing temperatures with a code that didn’t work was that the heat was set to 55 degrees. Management responded very quickly to help with check in however we would have appreciated the heat being turned on earlier as it took hours to warm up and we had to keep our jackets on. Also the heat is set to a thermostat with no option to override which is understandable however it turned down to 62 at 10pm and stayed that way until 8am which for our group we were up a little later and have early risers and there was no way to make it warmer which was frustrating For us this was an issue since it was a very cold and snowy weekend and we were planning on being in the house. We understand not heating a house to be like a sauna but would have appreciated it being turned on a little before our arrival and had the option to turn it up if we needed. There was also a sticky substance left in the fridge that we needed to rinse before being able to use the drawer. Nothing major and I’m sure this was because it’s off season as well. We liked the open area kitchen and living room area worked well for our group. Thanks for hosting us!

The house is as good as advertised very clean with a massive backyard. There is a sprinkler system so need to watch what is left outside no matter the weather. Grill works but the burners have holes in them. Great location for beach and getting out at night. Fire pit is in great shape with plenty of propane provided.

Absolutely loved the location, close to lake and ocean. Very open space. House is spacious. Do think there could be some extra sheets !!!

Great location and house for larger families. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (2 full, 2 halves) fit everyone comfortably, and the back patio was perfect for the evenings. House is exactly as pictured, kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. Hot tub was clean and in working condition! Would recommend bringing a drying rack as there aren't enough hooks to hang beach towels and swimsuits. Code to unlock the door didn't work after a few days so make sure you have contact information to reset it.

Hot tub was disgusting, key pad didn’t work at check in and no propane for fire pit and grill.

This house was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Plenty of rooms. Clean and organized. The backyard and outside patio was also a great place to hang out. Hot Tub this time of year was also fantastic!

It was comfortable and enjoyable for us all celebrating a girls weekend. Do wish parking was a little more logical for such a large house, but we made it work. Just a bit inconvenient with more than 2 cars.

Beautiful house. Easy access to everything - beach, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Large, beautiful enclosed backyard, with picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub. Our only complaint was that the mattresses on the twin beds were not comfortable. Overall, a great place for a vacation!

This place was perfect for our summer bachelorette weekend. It comfortably slept 9 of us, and was sparkling clean. We loved having the outdoor space to sit by the fire and enjoy the hot tub. Within a reasonable driving distance to everything we wanted to do in Cape Cod. Would recommend guests visit Seagull Beach nearby!

A group of a girls stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend and had the best time! The house is beautiful and well kept, and we all agreed we wish we could live there. Great location! Beautiful back yard to hangout in and the kitchen was full of all the pots and pans we needed!

I rented this place for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect for our group. Great location- close to a bunch of great beaches. However guests should bring their own toilet paper and trash bags!

Great large house in convenient Yarmouth location. Big enough for two families to stay and lots of bedrooms. Fantastic fenced in back yard with well cared for grass and patio area. Home had all the amenities we needed.

The house was just as we hoped. Clean and spacious. Beautiful outdoor space for games with the family. We were attending a wedding so the multiple bathroom options was exactly what we needed for getting ready. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The house was fantastic, plenty of room and big backyard. Location was great, right in the middle of lots of places to take the kids. All around a great vacation.

Beautiful home with all the amenities and close to beaches, yummy seafood and ice cream, and not far from the main stretch. Everything you could ask for!

The location is a great base for daily excursions. It's 2 miles from the closest beach, which has parking, but there's ice cream and an excellent seafood restaurant (with takeout option) within a 2 minute walk. Grocery store nearby. I'm glad we chose the cheaper, larger house over smaller more expensive options in Chatham. We brought a Frisbee and had a ton of space to run around in the backyard. There were plenty of bath towels, soaps etc. No extra food - bring your own condiments, salt, pepper etc. I made breakfast there and found all of the utensils I needed in the kitchen. The Master bed is actually 2 twin beds next to each other. One is soft and comfy, the other is way too hard. Perfect if you have different preferences.
