We loved being on the pond-best spot on the pond! We swam, used the row boat and watched the pond change with the weather. Cottage is small, but accommodated us perfectly.! I would stay there again!

It’s a sweet place. It is small and might work best for two adults maybe with a small child. We liked the location but were used to be able to take walks and go to the bay without a car so that was more demanding.

The house was just as listed. Cute little cottage right on minister pond. It was was clean and was well stocked.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our time on the Cape. The cottage was wonderful. The pond is very nice and great views. Great location for going to visit many sites that were of interest to us. Highly recommend!

The cottage was peaceful. Sitting by the pond a few steps away was a great way to relax after a day exploring Cape Cod . The location is central to exploring the northern part of the Cape including Provincetown and surrounding beaches and trails. The owners were available although all we needed was already there.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and location of this cottage. The weather did not cooperate, though, but we enjoyed spending time in Eastham!

The cottage is quaint and there were more supplies provided than expected. Only unexpected event was the ongoing buzzsaw next door that ruined our quiet dinner time from 3 pm - 7 pm.

The cottage was conveniently located on a fresh water pond just off Rt 6. The beds were comfy and the bath clean. The kitchen is small with basic equipment. If making a special meal bring desired cookware with you. There are not many clear surfaces in the main rooms due to decorations. The narrow porch overlooks the quiet pond and is where we took our meals. It was a quiet little enclave with pleasant neighbors in nearby cabins. We would stay again.

This place is just so perfect for a long weekend getaway! My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The location was amazing; so close to beaches and trails. Will definitely recommend it to friends and we’ll definitely come back. **negative side about it, the trash bin was full and not emptied and the fridge had food from the previous renters.***

Great little place on a lovely pond with easy access to beaches, bay and restaurants. Cottage was clean, host was very good with e-mail and updates. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little cottage to rent on a serene, quiet pond. We enjoyed our stay for the week. Communication with hosts was easy and they even reached out midweek to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.

This cottage looked just as it did in the photos. It was perfect for my family vacation with 2 teens. Everything was perfect and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Kids loved the rowboats and swimming off the dock. Would love to stay here again.

We love staying in Eastham and Nauset Haven in particular. I’ve been coming for over 40 years. The cottages are perfect for a low key family getaway, just big enough in case of a rainy day with all the amenities for staying, cooking, and on site recreation.

Amazing spot if you're with kids of any age (playground, sandbox, basketball hoop, boats, private beach). You could satisfy any exquisite youth taste.

Spent Memorial Day weekend at the cottage with the family and it was great. Stay at the cottage to use the lake or take an easy drive to any number of beaches. Also convenient to shops restaurants etc. All the cottages were occupied and I was worried about noise next to the beach but it wasn’t bad. The RT6 noise wasn’t bad either. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a woderful time, the cottage was perfect. It had everthing we needed. The location was beautiful overlooking a small lake. We rented bikes just up the street and went exploring. Tried a few local restaurants and the food was fabulous. Could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you Lorina and Mike your cottage was perfect. No luck fishing but fun trying. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

Owner was so helpful and attentive to our every need/ concern; questions were answered promptly. The cottage was charming and tastfully decorated with a seaside theme. Loved the tranquil setting with the porch overlooking the pond and sandy beach area.

This cottage offers the quintessential Cape Cod experience!! My 16 year old son, 12 year old daughter, and I stayed for the week during a family reunion trip. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate. There was also, “something for everyone.” I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to a view of the pond each morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing to just sit down by the water and soak up nature. My kids and their teenage cousins, who visited us at the cottage a few times, enjoyed playing basketball and swimming off the floating dock. We all enjoyed the rowboats and fishing in the pond. (On our last day, we learned the perch prefer live bait, which we were able to buy from the bait shop down the road). The location is really ideal. It’s less than 2 miles from Willys gym, which offers a weekly membership for $60. This was “key” for the kids who enjoyed keeping up with their fitness routines. It’s also only a short ride to the Orleans rotary (great shopping and restaurants) or Welfleet drive-in depending on which way you go. The cottages are set back from the road and are arranged in such a way that each unit offers privacy. We met some other families who have been coming back year after year. We also enjoyed BBQing and appreciated the picnic table and beach chairs. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. It felt like we were staying at a friends place. Now that I’ve discovered this gem, I would love to keep the secret to myself but that wouldn’t be right. I highly recommend the cottage and can’t wait until next year!!!!

This cottage is very clean, cozy and comfortable! Owners we very commutative and responsive. We had a great time using the row boats, we brought Kayaks and fished off the doc. Water was warm and for a picky swimmer, clean :-) Quick easy drive to multiple beaches, the Wellfleet drive in and P-town. Perfect location for multi families to rent cottages together. Would and will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this cute-as-a-button cabin. Appreciated the cleanliness and the fresh paint. It had a little more road noise (it's right off 6) than I expected although if I had paid closer attention, I would have realized that. Loved the view of Minister Pond and the close proximity to family in Eastham. Communication with owner was excellent.

Enjoyed the pond fishing and swimming. Not far from biking Cape Cod Rail Trail but traffic crossing is really busy and fast.

We made last minute change to our travel plan, so lucky found this cabin. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Hosts are so nice, they replied our question quickly and helped us setup before our arrival. The cabin is right by the lake, we enjoy the breakfast and dinner with the beautiful lake view. Nice beach is 15mins drive and delicious restaurants are all close.

We lived our stay at this cottage. The location by the pond was perfect for us. We were happy to be able to boat and swim in the fresh water and get to the beaches easily. Clean, contemporary, completely functional. Wonderful all around.

This is a lovely cabin located just off the highway with private access to Minister Pond. Very quiet an secluded area. The cabin itself is small and cozy, but perfect for my small group of friends. Kitchen and pantry staples were provided but we did have to bring our own linens and towels. Check in was super easy and the home owners were very responsive to my inquiries. Would definitely recommend!
