There was no buggy as told because it was a private property, probably at least could provide a trolley for the guests, cause its quite tiring for a 5 mins walk to the room with loads of luggage.

Boleh nampak habuk atas meja, ada sdikit bau kusam kat bantal, comforter. Bantal tebal tak selesa tido - sakit tengkuk. Tak nampak view laut dr dlm bilik. Tingkap2 dlm tak boleh buka. Sedikit suram. No internet (wifi)

It’s a nice villa. The only thing is we didn’t know the villa we booked was a third party not directly under grand lexis

This hotel belong to grand lexis PD. Got private swimming pool.

Cannot use all facilities which belong to grand lexis hotel including swimming pool, spa, gym and buggy. No toiletries provided like grand lexis. The room located far from lobby and u need walk with all ur luggage. Towel was smelly. Water heater shower was not functioning. U need to pay rm100 deposit (transfer to agency) and refundable after 3pm upon check out. U need snap pic of swimming pool, toilet, room and towel to ensure everything is in good condition and u will get ur deposit back. Is better to booked the room using grandlexispd.com and enjoy all facilities including breakfast. The price in website also not a huge differences with best deals.

This property owner is dangerous, beware.

The property owner was harassing us to leave the place due to his mistake. We received a picture of grand lexis voucher and followed by a call saying, our room that we booked having some problem that he arrange the new upgraded room. We just accept hoping it was the same private pool villa, and the disappointment starts there, when to the hotel reception, they ask for the voucher copy which was not given to us by the property owner, and I had to explain things, then I also had to pay additional Rm200 as security deposit which is not in the 1st reservation we made, then entered the unit with huge beds for 4 pax with open infinity pool facing the entire guest from opposite building. That was a big turn OFF, as we came to experience the private pool. When we call the owner, he was a little annoyed and sounded rude and try defending on his intention on upgraded our stay, which I respect but we do not want it, and happy to be given a similar unit of what we initially booked for. Then he ask us to vacate the place and wait down the stairs. We waited in the hot sun and one lady and guy came over, seems like a helper asking us if we are moving to another room while the other guy on the phone throughout talking to the owner. Everything seems so unpleasant until, they ask us to walk so far carry all the stuff to another unit, which I'm very much sure the owner claim ask under repair. Once we entered, I went and check each of the space and washroom if its all working well, and finally we agreed to settle there. Well, that's when everything starts, we asked for our RM200 deposit back as the original reservation need not needed, but the guy there said, no we need you to return the hotel card upfront and payment can be claimed upon checking out, but I told him, without the hotel card, what am I suppose to return inorder for me to claim my money back as I only have the payment receipt and not the physical card. So, then the argument starts, when called the property owner.
