The toilet has poor drainaige on the toilet seat area whuch cause water staying on the floor

Very close to my daughters house and the pool is great to have. The breakfast in the morning is superb. Maya the receptionist was very helpful.

Some of the carpet in the hallway was smelly

Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Location was nice. approx. 5km from the main beaches. The room (suite) was quit big and nice.

we had leak in our shower. They try to fix it but it doenst worked. We are out of the room the whole day so we just lived with it. Breakfast was nicem, but every day the same. At the end it was quit dissappointing. But there is a good bakery near the hotel (just in front)

Roxon is very accessible to my testing place.

Nothing to do we the reality, photos were photoshoped the place was in a old building we tried to cancel it for the reasons i said and nobody was answering to us . Also the worst we never took our refund back. That was horrible and unprofessional. Don’t go it’s a waste of money

The staff was kind, and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.

The location is quite far from a lot attractions. At times it does not feel safe to walk in the neighbourhood. The smell of the cleaning solution was very overwhelming and you could hear every single noise in the halls. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

the parking is bad, the ac kept dripping water in the room, 2 days out of 4 i had to call the reception to send someone to clean the room because no one came to clean. after 11 pm no one answers at the reception even for room service! the elevators are too old and slow.

Easy and fast check-in, spacious room, and it was very clean with no problems whatsoever. Friendly staff, especially Noy, the receptionist she was too kind and friendly. Rooftop pool with amazing views.

When I arrived I got a room and I turn on the AC and it made such noise the bathroom seemed to be built in 1901 it was dirty and disgusting, so I went down to the check-in desk and they upgraded me to a better room, nice normal shower.

We came earlier than check in time. Luckily the manager was there and he was kind enough to let us check in early after he knew we just came from abu dhabi. The reception lady was also helpful to accomodate our questions about which buses to take. The room was not that big but was comfortable. They clean it daily even if we didnt ask for it. Breakfast was also decent

The location of the hotel is in a very busy district not around the interesting sites of the city

The property was located in Ramat Gan, a great area for shopping, eating and night life. The hotel has a great breakfast. Although it was additional at a higher price, it was well worth it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was on several bus lines that can get you in the TelAviv area, as well as the central train station. For the most part Israel is accessible. There are still some shops that you can’t get into. There are some shops that have portable ramps. All the local busses are accessible. The trains are accessible as well. There are many people that speak English, so it wasn’t too difficult to communicate.

The elevators were a little quirky. The system allows you to press your floor and the assigns a lift. Once inside it takes you to your floor without having to push any buttons inside. On the sabbath, there is one elevator that automatically goes to each floor without having to push any buttons. This takes a lot of additional time. The other two elevators work normally. On the sabbath, the whole breakfast is moved upstairs to their banquet hall. It is the same delicious breakfast, but no espresso machine.
