location was perfect

the room is definitely outdated and had a funky smell.. the beds are very uncomfortable it just needs some TLC.. and a good deep clean

The location was everything, beach view, closeness to beach, amenities.

Toilets didn’t flush properly, not enough towels and dryer didn’t dry the clothes.

best location. spectacular ocean AND bay views. security guard and felt very safe. very clean well maintained pool.

it was obvious a sloppy family spent a lot of time on the tan pullout couch. potato chip crumbs throughout the mattress and empty yogurt tube under bed. bits of wrappers in the corners of the room. a duffel bag with a dirty sock in it. we left that bag behind in the a/c closet. they left coffee grounds and coffee in the pot. clearly didn’t rinse off plates before running dishwasher. when we unloaded it there was (egg?) baked on. I think the last family put their little kids (judging by the little socks left behind) in that tv space with junk food to sustain them, turned the tv on, and left them alone. whoever that family was, I wouldn’t take them back. they are disrespectful. we mopped the kitchen floor twice over when we arrived and the mop water was black from buildup. The cleaning crew may have run out of time cleaning up after that last family, judging by the filth we saw and evidence that things were freshly cleaned. the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were scrubbed clean. we left the space much much cleaner than it was when we arrived. this is someone’s home, and we are their guests! we appreciate that they shared their property with us!

Enjoyed the gorgeous view from the condo, ocean view. Plenty of seating and easy access to the beach and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all household needs. Beds were comfortable enough. Easy to find and pick up keys, and return. Bathrooms in the building itself were clean. Plenty of available parking.

It was said to be handicap accessible- the doorways were not, in fact, handicap accessible. Couldn't use the bathrooms or bedroom due to the small doorways. There was a used bandaid on the balcony, dirty clothes left under furniture. When we arrived, the dryer was covered in water. States on the website that there is a restaurant, there is not. It closed "awhile ago" is what we were told. Two bathrooms, five people staying, and one roll of toilet paper? The outlets were super outdated so plugs did not want to stay plugged in. TV in bedroom did not work at all. The property requires you to pay $40 cash per car for parking, which is not notated when booking. You will be notified the day of your trip that you need to do that. The pictures of the rental do not match up to the actual rental.

I like the location and the staff/guard was very nice. He explained to me what the keys are for. Everything else is clean except the pots and pans

Can't find the light to the patio. Maybe I didn't look enough. Pots and pans have food residue in it and the utensils especially the spatula are burnt at the end.

Nice location, View is wonderful. Comfortable sitting areas inside and outside.

Apartment is a little dated and worn. Host did a poor job answering questions and provided misinformation about a late check in. Thank goodness for on-site property manager, Michelle, who took the time to understand and solve the problem, saving the trip.

There was no breakfast. NA Location was great, facilities were good. Personnel was friendly. Lots of sleeping room. Balcony was nice.

Wine opener should be in the kitchen. I wish the bathtub was cleaner. There was mildew & not clean enough for a bath, only shower.
