Location great. Room size great. Good size bed.

The room could have been cleaner, kitchen sink and bench were a bit dirty. Kitchen table and chairs also in need of a good clean . Few cockroaches in room dead on floor and also some live ones.

Staff, Clean sheets and towels. Place was clean but just needed alot of maintenance.

I didn't really see where my money went, for the price i kinda expected to be a little bit more updated i guess. There was no blockout blinds and the main bedroom only 2 windows had window furnishings so the big door in the bathroom alot of light came through. Furniture was extremely out dated and mixed matched. Tiles were extremely painful on my feet in the shower. Toilet paper was 1 ply. Mold in the silicone and in the grout. No blind in the main bathroom. I get that you have a penthouse with a bush veiw so no one could see but i still didnt feel comfortable showering with the lights on. A blind on that bathroom door would be alot better. The main bathroom vanity cupboards didnt close very messy looking. No real instructions on the jacuzzi to make the heat stop as thw weather was hot i didn't really want to get into a hot jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi didn't smell that great. Expected easier parking not all car parks were undercover. No lift to the penthouse. Aircon wasnt that cold. The fan in the toilet didn't work. Overall i think this place needs a massive renovation for me to even consider staying again. But the lovely young girl at reception was 10/10.

apartment wasn’t very clean, found coco pops all over the sofa, a beer can left in the shower and floors dirty. Didn’t see anyone working there in the 5 days. Had to reuse towels as couldn’t get clean ones. when we did ask they sent 2 towels for a 3 bedroom apartment There was lack of cleaning stuff to wash up our plates ect.

The private spa. The bed was comfy. The location was excellent to walk into Airlie.

The road noise deflated any relaxing atmosphere. To check i had to walk to the property next door and then back to the reception of the property before i could get the keys. The room wasnt as clean as one would expect, especially for a "resort". The glass tables had smeary streaks all over them. The phone was not working so had to ring reception from my own phone, where i was told "yer i meant to get that fixed". The bath room was not the cleanest with dirt n hair on the outside of the bowl. Was dissapointed on such a dated property charging such a high rate, stating they are a resort. Not even tissues in the room.

Location, Balcony, Large Lounge Staff were helpful and allowed us to store cold food earlier when room wasn’t ready

Location was amazing, room was as I expected. Pool and BBQ area great.
