Really nice hotel rooms - super comfortable. Breakfast buffet was yummy.
Parking was a bit of a problem as we needed to have space for our car and trailer. It was. Busy night and not being able to reserve a parking spot made it difficult.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Parkhotel with my two children, and I am incredibly impressed with our experience. Our room was a decent size, amply accommodating the four of us without feeling cramped. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and for us to relax, making our stay very comfortable.
The bathroom deserves a special mention. It was large and well-equipped, making our daily routines an absolute breeze. Cleanliness was top-notch, and there was never a shortage of towels or toiletries.
What made our mornings delightful was the hotel's breakfast offering. There was a good variety of choices, appealing to both the kids and me. The food was fresh. The dining area was also kept clean and well-stocked.
Speaking of the staff, their service exceeded our expectations. They were very helpful, accommodating, and professional, and fulfilled all our requests promptly and with a smile. Their level of customer service was unparalleled and stood out as the highlight of our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their dedication truly elevated our experience. I have been to many hotels in my travels, but the staff at Parkhotel were genuinely the best.
I wholeheartedly recommend Parkhotel for families and solo travelers alike. Their blend of spacious accommodations, excellent food, and extraordinary customer service will guarantee a memorable stay.

We chose the junior suite. The room was spacious and fantastic for babies. It has a lovely jaccusi style bath. They provided us with a Cot bed without asking which was really helpful. The receptionists were lovely and friendly with us. The rooms were clean, the lobby is beautiful and safe for babies too. Abundant free parking available which is great.
I wasn't made aware that the drinks in our room fridge was chargable and I thought it was free which mounted to a bill of £82 at checkout. It would have been nice to inform this during checking in. This was probably a small glass bottle of coke, sparking water and apple juices consumed daily across 4 nights - a bit expensive and caught us by surprise.
I felt a bit discriminated by the catering staff in the breakfast area - we noticed that all the other residents were offered hot drinks by the staff but having spent a good time at the breakfast area, they didn't visit us once. Secondly, we were frowned upon when we asked for a high chair by the staff whereas and I noticed that the staff really respected and smiled and made others who also had toddlers feel welcomed and offered high-chairs and juices. Me and my wife felt that this might be a result of being coloured potentially but we didn't escalate and just took it on the chin.

The suite was large and the kids enjoyed the bubble bath. Large bathroom, nice seating area and good bed.
Parking at the hotel is limited, 9 out of 10 times its full. Park in the nearby streets. The receptionist was not nice, didnt welcome you to the hotel. Young short head blond was rude - 2 questions were too much to ask. She would talk to the other receptionist in German about you while your there. Little that she knew we understood German and was happy not to speak to her again! The older lady was very nice and pleasant.

Everything was great, above expectations: location is near the attractions area (Legoland, Sea life, Aqualand, Tiger Jump), clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, room size ok, bathroom great; sauna is excellent and not busy. Staff was resposive, kind. Ample free parking. Faily quiet. Room price is great, too.
I needed to buy a bottle of water from the reception/bar in the evening, and was informed that it will be put on my bill, but I was not informed of its price. At checkout I found out that it was way too expensive (about 5% of the per-night room price). Please let customers know about these excessive prices.

Great Hotel for a quick stay.
The rooms weren’t soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbor snoring and people talking outside (street side). Food was okay but not so great.

The bed in the room was good and the rooms were clean. However the pillows were afwul.
Breakfast. For the price you get very bad breakfast. The bread is old, most of the food was empty.

The male receptionist was very friendly and very helpfull. He solve our problem at once and do not let us wait.
The female receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She does not understand that our problem need to be solved. We are glad that we tried again and stump across the male receptionist who check us in and came to help us at once.
Also the hotel is very beautiful, but too many noise disturbance from the party and around the hotel. The airco was not functioning as he should do during the Summer. The airco seems more like blazers/ ventilation

Affordable, clean, air conditioned, 15-20 minutes from attractions, decent staff, decent breakfast and had a parking lot on the property.
