alles was perfect naar onze wens van personeel valt niets op te merken daar we geen personeel hebben gezien maar wat ook geen probleem is ideaal zou zijn mocht de extra kost van een huisdier kleiner zijn

The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful. The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers. The hotel is at the main street,close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station. There are restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. You can find parking on the street around. I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room,including tea and coffee. The room also had a safe.

I didn't like that the bathroom is not separated by a wall from the room. You couldn't have any privacy when using the toilet. Very embarresing. This can be ok only if you are alone in the room. Secondly the bed is so soft that makes your spine bend,giving lower back pains. Thirdly, when the entrance door is closing behind you is hitting so hard that the walls of the neighbouring rooms are vibrating and the noise is so loud that wakes you up.

Die Matratzen waren gut. Allerdings gab es im französischen Bett insgesamt 6 Kissen, vier davon als Kopfkissen völlig ungeeignet, weil viel zu groß.

Die Notausgangbeleuchtung war viel zu hell, um zu schlafen. Ich musste sie abdecken. Der Halter für die Duschgel- und Shampooflaschen war abgerissen und alles stand auf dem Boden. Die Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber.

Das Bett hatte eine vernünftige Größe - und es waren viele Kissen vorhanden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung - vor allem die kostenlose Minibar, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine waren top.

Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. So erfolgte das Check-Out nicht so zeitig, wie es möglich gewesen wäre, sondern erst, als im Nachhinein eine Erinnerung per Mail kam ...

I liked how convenient it was to go to the city centre and in other parts of the city because there’s just a minute walk to the bus stop. It’s also a quiet neighborhood.

For the whole stay, the airconditioning weren’t working for the other two rooms that we booked so my family slept in hot rooms. Problem presented everyday to the staffs but never been solved until our last day.

The location and the kitchen are ok.

There was LED Emergency Exit Light just in front of the bed room , it was impossible to sleep; it's like trying to sleep outside on a sunny day. I have never seen such a LED lamp within the sleeping room, hotels have it in the floor

No Space for the bikes

Check-in was smooth. There was a nice snack left for us in the room. Distance to the city center is quite walkable
