Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, Kaffee und Cappuccino war lecker

Good bed, clean, good and convenient location, quiet environment and good breakfast.

Reception staff were not very forth coming and room was not ready.

Location was great

Rooms were advertised with little fridges in them but there no fridges in the rooms. It was hot during the days we stayed and nowhere to keep items chilled.

It was a very clean stay. We found the room clean everytime we went there. Breakfast was good.

A very big incovinience was that there was no fridge. You couldn't store food it drinking to keep them cool on a hot day.

Corner apartment (probably last available) with barely any light and scruffy. Fairly small room. 1. Listing mentions a fridge/minibar in the room which was NOT the case. Resulted in having to throw food away. 2. Cleaning staff knocking at 8 am on a sunday (no standard "do not disturb sign available", only to start banging hardcore when cleaning adjascent rooms. 3. Asked for a water cooker in the morning at reception as cleaning staff disappeared after their previous shouting and semi-rampage. Upon 30 minutes waiting and running close to check out time, I had to go down again. A phone call was made. Finally it was brought. When mentioning these points upon check out, politely but firmely told off. Baseline: Overpriced/no value for money and semi-professional, rather a 2 star then 3 star hotel. Nothing "Aspire"-ing in the end.

Very ok.

10 euro extra for parking even if not mentioned in the hotel description..we have parked on the street nearby as during Sunday it is free and have paid only 1 euro în the mornday morning from 8 until 10 am.

Breakfast was good but you nees to go early.

There is only one staff member on breakfast service so after 10am it gets hectic

Breakfast was quite good and lots of variety. The lady at breakfast room was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfy. Lifts were bigger than most lifts in Europe.

The lady at reception had very limited english. When we checked in, we were shocked to find the sofa bed was only meant for 1 single person. Never seen anything like that and we wanted to upgrade or book an extra room, it was already full. No refrigerator or kettle in the room.

They changed the check-in time from 10:00 pm to 18:00. We were travelling on that day and only received the messages when we got to the hotel
