very original rooms, modern and clean! Big bathroom! The restaurant/breakfast are has a very nice view into the nearby valley!

It's a pity that of the 4 light cooked eggs I took, only 1 was actually light cooked on the inside...

Nothing, everything was great!

Hotel has a nice location. We stayed in a very nice room, great bathroom facilities. The only thing we didn’t really like was the big chair that was not comfortable. Normal chairs would have been much better. Breakfast was nice, the way they handled Covid was also very good. A very pleasant stay!

The staff was absolutely perfect, friendly and always there when ever I needed someone. The breakfast buffet was fine, there were really things for everyone.

The dinner at the hotel's restaurant and especially the beverages were quite expensive, so the next day I searched for another restaurant in Reutlingen. The lighting in the bathroom was controlled by a motion detector but this detector didn't detect me in the shower cabin and thus always turned off the light every two minutes and I always had to open the door of the cabin to get that detector to turn on the light again. An ordinary light switch would do this job much better. And in the room the modern light switches with those small four keys are illuminated in such a way that keeps you awake in the night. Also here ordinary light switches would do much better

A international EC card from a European country was not accepted.

To bad the quality went down. I know the hotel and it is not the first time we stay here. But this time the room had a strong smell, I believed it was from a dog stay but the smell persisted against the fact that we kept the balcony door opened all the night. The same had our neighbours we chat on balcony. To bad, also the wc aération didn't work. Very bad image comparing to my previous nights.
