Our stay was wonderful! Even with hurricane Hillary arriving the day after we arrived. Needless to say we stayed in that day and actually enjoyed being in the condo cooked up some fresh shrimp, watched movies and relaxed. Then Monday everything was calm and we continued our peaceful and relaxing vacation. We will be back as this was our 2nd time staying at this condo. Thank you!

My stay was awesome and well worth it. I outdoor balcony had a beautiful view and the other side had a beautiful desert view. The pools were all nice and working and we stayed in the pool until we got so tired of being in the pool. The place had a restaurant at the lower level so there was no need to go far. The VRBO property manager was great and gave me all details I needed and the security guard was very attentive and was expecting us. Overall great trip and plan to go again.

Great view of the ocean, very spacious, clean, Abe was very helpful with everything we needed, good communication, we love staying at the Sonoran sky and will definitely continue getting this room in the future.

Large 2br 2ba right in front of the beach. Abe was prompt in response and gave detailed text message instructions not only about the property, but on our way into Mexico. Would love to stay here again!

Room was very nice and had a great view. We have stayed at several of the different resorts in Rocky Point and this one was our favorite so far, as it was well kept and not as crowded.

This was my first time in Mexico, but the second or third for some of my friends. The overall consensus was this was the best stay any of them have ever had. The location was perfect. Close enough to town but far enough that you were able to enjoy a quiet, calm beach. The pool and bar at the resort overlook the beach and are extremely clean, with 24/7 security taking care of the property and residents. 2 for 1 drinks at the bar, and extremely well priced. The brunch at the resort was OUTSTANDING, and all you can eat for only $18. The unit itself was very clean, with all fully functioning and full size amenities. It was also much larger than we thought it would be- plenty of space for 6 adults to sleep, hang out, and enjoy meals together comfortably. The balcony as large, had a beautiful view, and was extremely private. That was probably our favorite thing about the unit. Abe, the property contact, provided me a very detailed list of tips for the ride down and once we arrived. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe, taken care of, and responded to any texts with questions from me within minutes. It was very nice to have a contact that could address any issues over the phone or could meet us in person if needed, and he offered to do so if we needed anything at all. Overall we had a great stay and the only negative thing I have to say is that we didn’t stay long enough! I would recommend this condo to a group of younger adults as you are close to the clubs in town or wrecked at the reef, or a family with young children as we felt very safe and the resort definitely was accommodating to children! Overall 10/10 stay :)

We have been to Sonoran Sky multiple times. Abe was amazing to deal with, provided all the necessary information. I enjoyed it immensely and we will be back to this specific room next year!

Beautiful views, great property and hosts made all communication very easy. Definitely recommend!

* Wifi down at check-in (resolved within 24 hours) but two out of the four of us had work to deal with when we arrived and had to use the lobby wifi. * No papertowels, no dish soap or dishwashing liquid, no washing detergent and minimal tp in unit so had to purchase on our own. * Drain in master bath was slow and filled shower up with water. Contacted Abe to let him know and he said they would attend to the issure when we checked out. When I took a shower the shower filled up again with water and by the time I got out of the shower the entire bedroom had water throughout. Contacted Abe and his response was to not use the shower until they could get someone over to look at it. * Tried running the dishwasher to find that it didn't work either. Told Abe about it and he said someone would come by to check on it. Noone ever came to check on it and so our dishes piled up each day. * Master bed had a sheet only. No comforter. I asked Abe about it and he said that the comforter had a stain on it and so they had to throw it away. When he came to replace the wifi modem he put a blanket on the bed. * Contacted Abe on day of departure to let him know that we were checked out and that the dishwasher was still broken. I asked him if he would consider refunding some of our money based on all of the issues we encountered during out stay. That was 3 days ago. Never received a response from Abe. I would appreciate you making good on all of this and getting back to me.

Great experience

Heat worked sporadically. (It was cold ) No blankets, just sheets and a single layer coverlet. Two wash clothes, one hand towel and three bath towels per bathroom (for a week). The lamps were all unplugged and we had to move furniture to plug them in. Bulbs burnt out above table and in kitchen. No instructions on how to work dishwasher ( it didn’t work anyway). No information or maps for directions to local amenities and attractions. Outlets in master bath did not work. No directions to aid with turning on shower. Electronic lock on front door Did not work. Caretaker got it open via phone., and sent one key up the next day. The view was spectacular but even cleanliness was lacking. Not My idea of a premier host!

There are no blankets for the beds. This is an issue in the winter. Also, the toilet paper and paper towels are of such low quality you should just bring your own.

We always love Sonoran Sky and this condo did not disappoint. Beautiful and relaxing. Property manager was quick to resolve a check-In issue.

We absolutely loved this property and the room was beautiful. The tub was beautiful and we loved it.

The access was easy, property was clean, AC was cold and we will definitely come back to this Condo!! We enjoyed our short stay! Abe was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We've stayed in a number of units at Sonoran Sky. This one was exceptionally clean. The view was wonderful and the outdoor furniture abundant (most important to us). Abe the property manager was informative and helpful. We plan to return, but will bring an wine opener and our own bath towels. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Sandys condo. Our friends got married at the resort and did a beautiful job. Abe was super accommodating and helpful. We will back!!!

We spent a long weekend at the property with 3 kids, ages 5-9. The condo was fantastic and the hotel wasn't too crowded which was nice. We took our canopy down and set it up on the beach so we always had shade. The onsite restaurants were good and all the staff was very friendly the kids really liked the water slide too. I would definitely stay here again!

The Condo is clean, spacious and comfortable. A couple items need a simple handyman’s touch. Learning how to navigate the front door lock for access is somewhat of a challenge but once it’s Conquered the views and comfort of this condo outweigh the access frustration. Great location from the main elevator. We would consider staying here again if they replace the front door locking system.

Clean well kept resort, rooms are spacious pictures are accurate.

Overall, great stay. Very limited towels and blankets, you might want to bring some of your own. Cable TV had only 6 channels and had difficulty with remote controls. Logging in to Hulu, Netflix etc was a challenge but, eventually figured it out 24 hours later.

Staying at the property made our time in Peñasco extra special. The views are amazing. It’s spacious, the pools and amenities are great. We loved it and will be back.

We had a great time however some of the listed items online were not accurate ie safe, filterless coffee, water dispenser, ice maker, beach towels. There were cleaning and maintenance issues PM took care of some of them but for the price the unit should be much cleaner and better stocked.

The room was spacious and absolutely beautiful!! So clean and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend! Will definitely return!

The house the location the comfort was overall exceptional. Will definitely come back to stay. The only recommendation is to fix the keypad, when you try to unlock after the code, it lags and doesn’t let you open after several attempts.

Nice condo, well furnished with lots of kitchen equipment, etc. very well maintained and clean! Host was extremely knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations for restaurants, etc, and was super helpful and quick to respond. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all for the duration of our trip, host contacted internet provider first day but wasn’t able to get it resolved by the time we left, other than that, perfect stay!

Abe was excellent contact and the place was perfect - very clean, spacious, gorgeous!

The condo was just as pictured-did not disappoint! The owners/property mgr stayed in constant contact with us to see if we needed anything at all. Do not hesitate to stay in this condo! Oh and the views!!
