Liked the service and hospitable nature of the caretaker in particular.

Facilities mentioned during booking like coffee machine, blah blah and so on were not present. Tiny TV screen. Dirty quilt cover thus got that replaced. Tiny bathroom.

Hotel staff was very coperative and supportive , room was clean and food was good . Particular location is good , but travel to the point was little difficult

The terrace area and staff's polite behaviour were the only good things about the property. Surendra and Gulshan were very helpful the entire time, but they couldn't do much as there were issues with almost every single thing.

The food was pathetic. Most of the items were borderline uneatable. They don't have a professional cook and the person who does the cooking has no idea about good food. It was absolutely torturous to eat the meals there, but since I was there for a workcation I had absolutely no option. I was working 10 hours, so couldn't go out during the time and after evening, it's impossible to get out of the place due to its interior location. Despite repeated requests, the staff and owner did absolutely nothing to improve the quality of meals or even provide an alternative. Then there were issues with the cleanliness, mosquitoes and bugs inside rooms and every little thing. The rooms are kinda small in size and there's no common area to work or chill. The location is very hard to reach and get out of if you don't have your own vehicle. It's 1 kilometre straight downhill from the main road. There are no lights on the way, making it kinda dangerous after evening. The basic amenities are fine, but don't expect anything much.

Cleanliness, location of property. Although you need fair good amount of driving skills to reach there. Cars with low ground clearance may face difficulty.

Cold behaviour of owner and reception staff. We were the only guest at the property, still they were lazy / reluctant to serve. (Reception & owner). We had to check out early in morning at 7am and asked if breakfast can be prepared ,( just bread ànd tea) but they refused stating our breakfast time is at 8:30. But appreciate lower staff they were very polite and helpful. At the time of arrival there was no power at the property and no one was at reception, by mistake helping staff / waiter gave us upgrade room, which they kept as it is but mentioned it several times that it happened by mistake.

Rachal Homes exceeded our expectations! The welcome was quite warm and Mr Aviral Jain upgraded us to 'premium rooms'. Location is quite good .. food was excellent (we had one dinner). The staff is very helpful (Thank you Chota Thakur)

Excellent hotel Excellent hospitality. Hotel owner is very humble and down to earth treat you as a family member. Excellent and friendly all the hotel staff. It's a value for money place.

The owner of the property is most friendly and responsible person ever ready to listen and cater to the need of the customer . The staff is attentive , always available . Nice views from the rooms .

Due to climate change , its hot sometime , need fans in the room in summers .
