This is a beautiful, well stocked loft with gorgeous views. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. The parking was a little tricky and the noise from the road could be loud at times but that wouldn’t deter me from going back.

Very small, bathroom down, bedroom up. Well decorated. Cute. Dogs in next door apartment barked quite a bit, major construction on house next door we weren't aware of until arrived. Nice place, but not our favorite type of place.

I can’t say enough good things about Flamingo Loft. I would suggest that you park behind the building instead of the parking spaces right off the road. This makes it easier to pull in and out when you go elsewhere. You couldn’t help but notice the boardwalk to the beach and amazing view when you park. Even the walk to get to the beach is scenic. There was the beautiful beachy vegetation, and interesting birds who burrowed in to little dens along side the boardwalk. Everything about our stay was great! Getting inside was simple with the code. The flamingo theme is evident throughout the space, and is truly charming. Once inside it looked exactly like the photos. This was the perfect space for the two of us, although there is a sofa bed in the living room, also. Everything was clean and neat. There was a guide to the area in a notebook with suggestions on where to go, what to do, how far away something might be, etc. This was very thoughtful and helpful. There are chairs on the front porch to relax on, but the view is much better from the loft deck. It is very quiet and peaceful here. We didn’t encounter any other guests, but then again we did have rainy and windy weather during our stay. I would absolutely recommend Flamingo Loft for a Fernandina Beach stay, and hope to make a return visit in the next few months.

This place is super cute! I want to go and stay at the other locations to check the other cute stuff they might have 😂. The place is small but perfect for a couple+dog. The place was clean, comfortable and with great beach access. Instructions for checkin/checkout were clear and the managers were very helpful! They had a binder with information at the unit. We had a great time and will love to come back!

Lovely place for a couple to relax and enjoy the beach. Located in easy travel to downtown Fernandina Beach and a great selection of dining opportunities.

Very cute property. Loved the theme and decorations. Tile in shower was so cute. Great access to beach and great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downfall was the construction next door. It kind of hurt the view a little. It would be a great place to stay for a couple.

This place felt magical on the water. The decor was uplifting and the balcony view of the ocean was great. We often spotted dune bunnies on our walk to the beach and the beach spot in front of the house was both quiet and clean. The manager was responsive quickly when we arrived a bit early under a rain storm. It's perfectly situated between the state parks and was an ideal size for our family of 3.

Lovely beachfront location with great views. We really enjoyed the upper deck for morning coffee & tea and evening cocktails. Direct beach access is a plus but hopefully septic odor was from construction site next door…. We would definitely stay again!

Our trip was a short getaway, and the Flamingo Loft was perfect for our stay. The unit is comfortable, updated inside and out- and has everything you need while on vacation. Having your own beach access was a plus, and you are just steps to the ocean. The separate laundry room was awesome, and the location is near everything. Thank you for such a great stay!

We had a great time relaxing at the beach. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. The dining in the area was good with a variety of options. We will rent again the next we need a unwind, relax and enjoy the beach.

We loved the Flamingo Loft. Private boardwalk to the beach. Sunrise coffee on the master bedroom deck. We had a great weekend and loved everything about Fernandina Beach. Flamingo Loft is decorated so cute and furnished with everything you need. We biked around town, took a Craigcat tour to Cumberland Island and explored downtown Fernandina. The beach was great too!

Nice beachfront property. It is perfect for two people, it may be tight for 4. The bathroom is on the first floor. Beautiful sunrises that can be seen from the 2nd floor deck! Convenient to downtown area.

Property is great with easy access to the beach. Upstairs deck is nice to view sunrises. Property is well appointed. Unfortunately right next door about 10 feet away from edge of house a 3 story building is being built. Workers are there everyday and today Saturday when we checked out. Hear the compressors, saws and hammering. Need to update pictures on listing as new building is right next door.

The loft was cute,cozy, and very clean. I knew the sleeping area was upstairs and the bathroom down, and I was ok with it but this could be an issue for people with some mobility limitations. Unfortunately there is a 3 story building being constructed 10 feet from this unit and workers were there 7:30-4 each day and quite loud. I know the owners cannot control construction next to the property but until it is completed I feel potential renters should know about it. It did affect the relaxation factor for me. There was no mention of this in the listing and I did not find it out until I was there. If I had known I most likely would not have booked it. Just had to put that out there. Parking was very good and easy to access the unit. The beach is really nice. Loved the town of Fernandina Beach very enjoyable.

This property was perfect for our long weekend anniversary stay. Right on the beach, but also located conveniently to go into town and visit the Amelia car show going on that weekend too. Would stay again.

Perfect oceanfront getaway.

Great property with amazing views and a comfy bed. Steps to the beach. Property was cozy without feeling tight. Bathroom is downstairs but it wasn’t too Much of a prob at nite. Super clean and easy check in and check out. Amelia Island is all that with lots to do and see.

A cute little cottage with convenient access to beach. The place is beautiful and all shops are nearby. The only thing is the house looks bigger in pictures, it is just enough for a small family (max 2 adults and 2 kids).

If you want to be near the beach, the location is great. Everything was just as advertised. It was very close to the beach with private access on a raised walkway through the dunes to the shore. One thing to note is that the bed is upstairs in a loft and the bathroom is downstairs. It was not a problem for us but if you have mobility problems, I would not recommend it. You have an excellent view from upstairs though so it is really nice to see some beautiful sunrises. There are some excellent restaurants in town but you will need to drive to them. They are not far but not within walking distance. Overall a nice place to stay and communication with the owner was great!

Wish there would've been a half bath upstairs with the bedroom, but the whole place was so dang cute, it was not too bad going down the stairs in the middle of the night. :)

Had a great stay was a perfect place for parent short get away the house was very clean we lived that is did not have a tv in the room the only downside was the bathroom was very small as was the shower but not really a big deal no dishwasher so be prepared to wash your own dishes owners where great had a lot of helpful tips as far as dining and place to go adventure we will definitely be staying again

This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in town for a wedding. The decor was so cute and cheerful and the place had a lot of character. The private walkover made accessing the beach so easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this space for a couple, but not 3 or 4 people. The bedroom loft is open to the living space below and the bathroom is tiny. It would have been nice if there were a box of tissues, a kitchen sponge, more than one roll of toilet paper, etc. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect weekend getaway, exactly as described and in pics. Very clean, easy to access, and great location for the beach. Literally wouldn't change a thing.

We absolutely loved staying at this location. The flamingo decor was beautiful and the house had everything we needed! Steps away from the beach and great food selections close by! My two year old son loved the property. We can’t wait to book again!
