The layout is garage, and washer and dryer on the main level, Kitchen living room and half bath with a balcony on the 2nd level, two bedrooms side by side with a full bathroom on the upper level. Is the shower and toilet are separated by the Dual sinks. I felt this stay was better in person than it was in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a one minute walk to the pool. There is a walking trail immediately behind the townhouse that's a two mile loop. We walked into town to the shops and restaurants on multiple occasions. The kitchen is very very well stocked. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, tin foil, spices, coffee, toaster, air fryer, you name it. Really nice hearing the water from the master bedroom and living room. It is right off the highway but you don't hear it due to the river. It was quiet and private.

Our family of 4 had a great stay the week of the 4th of July! Perfect location. We walked to pools, park, downtown, etc. And the sound of the River was amazing! We would definitely come back.

We were on an anniversary trip (postponed since 2020) with our Jeep! The large garage allows us to pull in our Jeep for the night. You dont need to put your windows back in or take off any expensive gear on the Jeep. Very handy!!The creek behind the place is very nice to listen to. Walking distance to Hot Springs/pool area. Loved the Roku TV’s. The management company and app where you get all of your information from was very helpful and easy to use. Management customer service was outstanding!

Planned a great meal to cook. We then cut our trip short when we realized we were sharing our kitchen with mice. They were on the counter, in the cabinets, and even came out (unafraid of us) and sat under our feet while we yelled and clapped to get it to go away. I am certain we cooked one under the oven the first night because the smell was wretched. We had to open the windows to get rid of the smell. I even laughed to my husband and said "it smells like we just cooked a dead rat!!" This was even before we knew there were mice. We reached out to Emma on Thanksgiving day, and she responded right back (thank you Emma!) All we wanted back was our night we were not staying, our cleaning fee, and the service fee, which is a damage fee. The manager wouldn't return our full cleaning fee!!! She said that they still had to pay someone to come in and change the linens and she "would work with us". This just blew my mind. We spent over $1000 for this place, that we shared with mice, and she couldn't even refund our full cleaning fee. So to summarize: Don't stay here. It isn't worth the money. The dishes are dirty, we washed everything before using it because it was all dusty and had dead gnats in them (again, even before knowing there were mice). There were dead bugs in all the light fixtures. There is mouse poop on the counters. The suede couch is so old that the suede has turned to that smooth, almost sticky grimy suede. And the beds are lumpy. This is my first experience with Vrbo. I think I will head back on over to AirBnb.

It was cozy, very convenient to town and especially the hot springs and hiking. The kitchen had just about everything you could ever need! Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay in this place again. Thank you!

Our buddy invited up to his 10/1 wedding in July. I immediately got online to search for accommodations. We like to stay in a place that allows us to cook meals. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped--even had a bread maker that I would've used if we had an extended stay. The location was ideal. There's a walking path right next door, along the river that goes for a mile. There's also the Perimeter Hike that's a block away. The stream is right under the deck and we loved sitting out and listening to the water. From the master bedroom you could hear it as well. We would stay there again if dates worked out. Only thing I didn't find was steak knives, possible I didn't hunt enough? Thanks!

Perfect place for our girlfriends weekend. Location and atmosphere were great. It was clean and management was very helpful.

This place had everything our family needed and more. The location was perfect. We had prime access to the Ouray Springs pools, Umcompahgre river walk and more. In the mornings, we had breakfast on the rear patio over looking the river. In the evening time, we placed the telescope on the patio to stargaze. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything was very nice with the property. A must do if your in Colorado.

This is a nice but older condominium. It is in a very nice location to walk to the pool or to town. We enjoyed being on the river. There are a few things that need to be addressed by the owners or management service.

We stayed for 5 days in this property and loved it. It was clean and so well equipped that we cooked most meals there. The views are stunning and it is a short walk from restaurants, waterfalls, and across a parking lot from the hot springs park. The 3 story layout worked well for us and allowed family members room to spread out, but the stairs could be challenging for some. Also appreciated having access to the garage since it rained quite a bit during our stay.

Great location, property needs updating. The location to everything in town was great and it is nice that it’s right along the river. Unfortunately, neither the microwave nor the oven worked. That made it a little challenging to cook anything in the unit. Secondly, there was no kindling for the woodstove or any fire starter… Just a bucket of logs. If the unit is not going to be renovated anytime soon, at least replace the oven, which looks like it’s from about 1981. overall, the unit was clean and sufficient for our needs.

The location is perfect, we walked to the Hot springs. The river is right off the patio had all the necessities. I forgot my keyless code when I walked back from pool and called and someone answered right away.

Mostly as described. The kitchen if important has only 2 burners on the stove that work and the microwave turns on but will not heat on any setting, made cooking difficult so if you want this for a kitchen as we did know up front. Great area for hiking and outdoors adventures. Hot springs are so close and great.

My family and I had a great stay at this townhome. It’s right on the outskirts of Ouray, right next-door to the Hot Springs which was great for our kids! You will have to drive up to town in order to walk down main street unless you’re up for a little bit of a hike. Plenty of room for our family, the kids enjoyed the bunkbed! With three floors, there are a lot of stairs! It took us a few days to acclimate.The townhome had everything we needed. When we brought up an issue with events and they had it fixed right away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit here again.

Super calming to see and hear the river from the deck and the mountains views were fantastic. Super convenient and the mineral hot springs and park were across the parking lot. Great spot.

We chose Ouray because it was close to Telluride and a lot less expensive. We really enjoyed the town and the restaurants. The hot springs and ice park were also a nice addition. The condo had a glitch, but it was resolved satisfactorily by the management.

Our stay here was nice. The property is a little dated but very well kept. The best part is going to sleep listening to the river or stepping out onto the balcony. It was very quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
