We were looking for a place to stay that was close to our in-laws, was pet friendly, was clean, had great beds, and was simple and updated. This place was the PERFECT option. First of all, Val was absolutely awesome to work with. She was so responsive. If you've used home rental places in the past, you know that's not always the case. Val was absolutely exceptional. Val has also literally thought of everything - she could open her own hotel chain. Checking in was flawless. We got right in with Val's instructions. Her place is over the top clean, organized, and non-cluttered. Walking in felt like coming home (she even has a pillow that says welcome home!). Decorations are tasteful and simple. Everything is labeled - down to the light switches. (loved the one that said "nobody knows what this is for" LOL) She has offered up snacks to welcome you - which was great for us since we were running around all day before checking in and hadn't gotten to the grocery store yet. She also has other amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, etc. This is rare and it was so welcoming! The furniture and beds were amazing. The couches in the living room were perfect and comfortable. The beds - oh the beds! Both rooms had king size beds, which is also rare - but perfect! And the mattresses were so comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We would highly recommended this place to anyone, and can't wait to come back!! Thank you!

This was our first trip to The Villages. The Owner was very helpful by allowing us to check-in as my friend was sick with vertigo and unable to walk when we arrived. The next day we were able to get out and ride the golf cart and see what the fuss was all about. What a great community. This is how I would love to live my retirement years but it's not enough to keep me away from Grandkids. Seriously, everything anyone could want is right here in walking or golf-cart distance. Very comfortable and welcoming. The home has a nice lanais right in front. The perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It has a nice smaller Kitchen with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Gas golf cart is a plus! Communication with the owner is excellent.

2 bedroom spacious home with golf cart and pet friendly. Great location between 2 town squares. Needed help from owner to get on golf course and they responded quickly. Clearly gave some thought to a few extras to make stay more pleasant.

My husband & i brought my kim & her friend to The Villages to get a taste of TV life & do a little house hunting. This property was PERFECT! Val was great at communicating prior to our stay, answering questions, getting guest passes, etc. we’ll definitely try to hook this one again when we come back after the holidays to purchase our home.

The house was perfect. Everything was spotless. We used the lanai often. The house is located close to El Santiago recreation center and Spanish Springs town center. Val was very helpful with any questions. We highly recommend Serenity Place.

The house was beautiful!!! The best part was the amazing views from the master bedroom. All the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to locate. All in all, we had a wonderful stay

We had 10 people for a family dinner on Saturday night. I would have preferred to have the dinner in this unit, but the other house was a lot larger. This house was well appointed. It had shower accessaers coffee and even dog food. This house was used as extra bedrooms to go along with the 3 bedroom house a few blocks away. NICE stay.

Home was immaculate & well cared for. Had all the items we could need for a stay - fully stocked kitchen with all big appliances & countertop cooking appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies (& even pet bowls!), fast internet which made working a breeze. The host, Val, included everything we could possibly need in all rooms, there was even a junk drawer in the kitchen with random odds & ends - need a battery or some tape? Check the drawer! The furnishings were comfortable, & even though we primarily used the home to sleep since we spent the full day with family we were visiting down the road, I have no doubt that we could have just hit the grocery store & been ready to move right in! The neighborhood is quiet & a quick golf cart ride to the pool, pickleball, several golf courses, Spanish Springs town square & other cart paths to explore all that the northern section of the Villages has to offer. The kids loved the golf cart & it made it very convenient to get around. The only downside is, while the home sleeps 4, it 2 king beds & it would have been nice to have 2 smaller bed options in the 2nd bedroom, but we made it work. All in all, it was a lovely stay & I would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your home Val!

All the amenities that are provided were perfect. This owner has thoughtfully provided enough supplies and toiletries that all you need to do is bring your clothes! It is a comfortable space. Great mattress and furniture.

Our 5 weeks at Serenity Place exceeded every expectation possible. The house was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed. The host provides many extra touches that make the experience extra special. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect. Its close to the rec center, shopping and Spanish Springs yet quiet and shockingly private. Our host was the absolute best we've ever had with an incredible response time. The pictures do not deceive; if anything it's nicer in person.

This rental was wonderful! It had all the cooking utensils and pans that we wanted and even a plentiful spice supply. The bedrooms were spacious with new comfortable mattress and fully stocked with towels and even towels for the local swimming pools. We throroughly enjoyed our stay at Val's house. Oh, and the golf cart was a hoot to drive!

Perfect getaway for our short time in the villages- clean, everything you could need , including snacks! Would definitely recommend- just note it is located in the northern part of the villages . We used the golf cart to go to Spanish Springs for entertainment as well as Publix.
