The construction

There was only 3 bath towels and 1 set of shampoo/conditioner samples for the 6 person condo. We had to get more towels from reception.

The pool was not ready

Staff are very friendly and I loved the beach view . Suites are new so they are very confortable

Pool was on construction but there was another closed by next to the beach that we used

The management team were wonderful. The room was set up perfectly.

No hot water. Which meant no jacuzzi. The beds felt like sleeping on concrete. No pool. And we had to park far away and walk.

The location and view are great! This is a brand new building and nice. It was clean.

The room need mirrors and a safety box. The front desk person needs to be there all the time because the manager leaves fir hours and there is no one else can help you. Overall great place to stay

Gerardo is exceptional with customer service, he went above and beyond to meet our needs.. The views are wonderful, absolutely clean. Overall a great experience, eventhough there is no direct access to the beach, playa algodones it's just about 3-5 minutes away driving. We loved this place. The only thing I would change if possible, is the mattress for one a little less firm.

The parking lot is a bit far, the beds are a little too firm for me and there is no direct access to the beach
