Our family of 6 and our dog stayed for a week. It was our second time renting and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The layout of the house is great for a big family and the deck is just beautiful. We spent most of our time there. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning.

From the write up, our expectations were high. I’m happy to report that everything was as advertised or better! Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus dog. Immediate, private access to beach and adjacent to a local favorite restaurant. We’ve been renting properties since 2012 in Amelia Island and is the best we’ve found. We would stay there again anytime!

Loved our time in the house. Our group of 7 fit perfectly and the oceanfront view was the best. Just a short walk to the ocean made this a great location. Would definitely recommend!

Over five days at Duke's Beautiful Beach House, we had room for privacy if we wanted to read or nap, and room for togetherness (inside or outside) to eat meals, play board games, watch Wimbledon finals, and see the sunrise on a huge deck. Plus plenty of additional deck space for our beach paraphernalia. All of us, including Teddy, a miniature dachshund, made super memories!

We had a great stay for my sister's birthday. Very convient access to a private part of the beach. Lovely view from the balcony, and a private grill for barbecuing.

This house is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay. I will be back soon. This is one of the cleanest vacation home and I am really picky. I highly recommend it

We only had one problem. Parking. We had two cars, but were allotted three spots. Unfortunately, because we had extended family, most of us came down in one large SUV (lincoln aviator). My brother and his wife flew in and had rented a truck, not realizing how big it would be (New Yorkers!-Dodge Ram)
The spots in the back do not have a enough room to safely navigate in and out of spots, especially if full. We had issues even though we should have had an extra spot. The spots in front are fine, but there are only four and sometimes compact cars would take them. The cleaners and other staff also frequently take the front spots. We had a couple times we had to kill time to park until a bunch a people checked out midweek.
At a minimum, a sign encouraging smaller vehicles to take the spots behind the rental could help.
If you book be aware that larger/longer vehicles might be a pain.

Beautiful views, plenty of space and comfortable for all. Loved morning sunrises with coffee, and home made family meals in the large dining area. Private beach access is a real plus. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Duke's Beach House for my daughter's wedding weekend. It was exactly as pictured & described with plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! 100% recommend staying here! Wonderful hosts!

Very clean and well stocked. Deck area was nice for morning coffee and evening meals. Lots of rooms for our 3yr old granddaughter to “dance” and play while we ate. Beautiful ocean view!

We had an amazing stay at Duke’s beach house. The home was well equipped for everything we needed for a party of 7 adults and 2 young children (plenty of beach towels, a pack n play, plenty of dish-ware, in unit washer and dryer, spare refrigerator). Parking was easy on-site. Jenny (the host) was helpful and responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The location of this home is perfect located right on the beach with a well maintained private beach access. The inside of the home was very clean. The highlight is the large patio deck with plenty of space and chairs. We were able to see some incredible sunsets from the patio and living room. This was our first time in Amelia Island and wouldn’t think twice to stay at this home again next time.

We were extremely pleased with this beachfront unit. Open, airy, updated throughout, very clean. There were nice extras like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms. The beds and furniture was quite comfortable. The view and access to the ocean was wonderful. Huge deck, lots of outdoor furniture. This location is just as advertised. Highly recommend

Our stay was wonderful! Clean, well stocked, easy access to beach, unreal view- what more could you ask for?! If you’re debating this house, but have hesitation because not everything in life is as it seems online nowadays, consider yourself safe to proceed! It’s as wonderful as the pictures portray it to be!

This house is great and decorated very well. Everything was as advertised. Our one issue is a new house is in the beginning stages of being built so we were awaked every morning to the sounds of construction directly next door. Our first night there we even got a nail in our tire so that was disappointing to have to deal with on vacation. Other that that, the house was very nice.

Your property was beautiful, clean, postcard view. We really enjoyed being all together with lots of family time together. We walked the beach, put together puzzles and just hung out.
Our only issue was the soft beds through the property. Two people rolled toward each other which was sometimes an issue getting out of bed.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great house for a large family.

We loved being together for our meals, walking on the beach and finding the turtles, and local kid-friendly activities, like touring Fort Clinch and area playgrounds.

This house was great. It was clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was nice as well. There are steps to enter into the house and steps to get to second floor. The view from the deck was beautiful. It was very convenient to get to the beach

We loved the house. The huge deck with oceanfront views is the showstopper, but the whole experience was top-notch. There was space for everyone; the house was very clean; and the decor and design of the house was well-done. The property owners were very professional with their communication and interactions. Thanks for the great experience; we'd love to come again.

We had the best time in this beautiful beach home. Plenty of space for us to spread out and the teenagers were able to have their own space and the kids theirs. Kitchen was well equipped. The layout was wonderful and amenities were great! We will definitely be going back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful view and home! Would preferred it to be a little further off the road. And unusual that the master bath did not have a door. Overall it was a wonderful week!

Perfect Beach Vacay!
Our group of friends had an amazing stay at Duke's Beach House. Beautiful property. Jenny is a super friendly and responsive host. Property was well appointed with personal items, cooking appliances, towels, etc. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet stay with direct Beach access.
