Our stay was very enjoyable. We were in Ellicottville for my daughter's graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house was perfect. Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked to make it feel like home. I highly recommend this house if you plan on staying in Ellicottville.

Just completed our annual ski weekend with family and friends. Accommodations were excellent! Easy walk to town. Highly recommended

This place is just as advertised. New, upscale decor. Very clean. Tons of space, comfortable beds, close to town. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely rent again. Hosts were super responsive as well.

Lovely, bright and airy, clean and new, great location! We came for a family event and brought our mountain bikes. There are many great places to ride (check out the Western New York Mountain Bike Assn). The Ellicottville Summer Music Festival was ongoing. Walk to town! So much to do! Comfortable mattresses, central A/C if needed. Well-equipped kitchen with large gathering space. Pleasant views out the windows. Wonderful hosts. This would be a ideal spot for ski season as well.

This property was so lovely and just perfect for a ladies’ ski weekend. So clean, brand new and a great location! Would highly recommend and hope to go back next year!

The property managers were amazing-.great communication. The home was perfect for our family ski trip. Love the open concept of the living room and kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. Close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. We enjoyed exploring both. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful rental
This property was absolutely gorgeous! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, as was the living space downstairs. Everything was very clean and seemed well taken care of. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and kitchen necessities. It’s a short walk to town and has a great view of the slopes out the front door. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Spot Near Everything!
This was a great spot for our business ski retreat. Plenty of room and an accurately described property. We had a lot of fun and would definitely stay here again. The house was well kept and had everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful with the perfect setup for our weekend family getaway. Very clean, new and spacious! Fantastic location, 10 min or less walk to downtown. We’re already planning to revisit this property. Owners of home did an amazing job.

Long Ski Weekend
This property was very clean and worked well for 2 adults and 5 kids. Loved the open first floor plan. Kitchen opened into living area so everyone could be involved in eating, games and overall banter that was happening. Adults couldn't hear the kids up at 2am trying to recreate the famous chocolate waffles that you get on the slopes! Quick drive to the slopes and town. WE had an amazing time!!

Wonderful vacation home!
The house was a great size and had a ton of room for the adults and kids to relax and be comfortable! Everything was brand new and clean in the house and very close to town! Super convenient!

Clean and bright new property steps away from lively downtown area. Great spot for young families - nice outdoor space and fun games. Quiet upstairs and perfect open-concept hangout area on main floor. Great summer getaway!
