This house is absolutely gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the house and the spacious kitchen and separate bathrooms. Salida is a beautiful area and when we come back will definitely be looking into this house again.

This was a great property. A perfect place for a family with a beautiful private master sweet and 2 bedrooms and private bathroom for the kids. It's in the middle of a subdivision with a playground/park right across the street.

Impeccably clean and well appointed home. We had a wedding in Salida to attend, and this was a perfect rental for us. It’s in a very quiet residential neighborhood and very close to Salida. I would definitely rent again should we return to the area.

Overall excellent stay. Plenty of room in a beautiful home with lots of fun bonuses like bag toss and basketball. Very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood does have a lot of construction going on but it was not bothersome at all!

We loved our two night stay at Mountain Sol! It's a new home and it felt very clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked and the master shower was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience all together. Very clean, spacious with lots of attention to detail. One of the only rentals I've stayed at that had almost everything on hand if in a pinch. Ex. small batteries, toothpicks, masking tape, Q-tips, small hand tool. It was all available. The only thing that could've made our stay even better is if check-out time was a bit later. Noon-ish maybe? Especially since check-in time is in the late afternoon.

This a very professionally run rental property! It is very clean! I also really liked the location as you can access the Great Sand Dunes easily to the south, and all of the hiking, rafting and OHVing in the area very easily.

We enjoyed our stay and the property lived up to the listing. I would suggest noting the use/damage on the couch where it's flaking a bit.

Mountain Sol was a perfect getaway for enjoying the mountains and Salida. An easy drive to Monarch ski area the home is very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. We used it as a family getaway with our kids and grandkids who also loved the set up. The photos and information provided about the property are spot on!

This is our 4th weekend stay at Mountain Sol and we love it here. I would have given 5stars as I normally do, but their were some cleaning issue we had not dealt with before.

We try and stay here as often as we can book this place. It is the best in town!

This house is great. Extremely clean, new and well decorated. Amenities from tv, fireplace, outdoor table, family games, garage, etc we’re appreciated, especially master shower was awesome. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this by far was one of my favorites. Nice and quiet and great for a family. If in salida again I’d be back!

This property worked great for all ages. We had a great family get together. Our daughter and family only live a little ways away so it was the perfect location for us. It is a nice neighborhood. Nice Mountain scenery. Totally enjoyed the area! One thing I would say it does not have AC and during our stay it was very hot. This is a nice VRBO!

The house was fantastic, new, clean, excellent layout. Highly recommend, especially for longer stays. The only area that will improve with time as the amount of construction in the area. Once all the properties are complete it’s going to be even better.

We stayed here for 4 days to visit the Salida and Gunnison areas. The house was perfect and very comfortable and clean. Only 5 minutes from Salida and we travelled into town for food and to walk along the Arkansas river at least twice a day. Great Sand Dunes is about an hour 20 min drive south and is a must see - hike Zapata Falls if you have vehicle that can manage a 3 mile, bumpy gravel road to the parking area. Gunnison and Crested Butte are also a close hour to hour 20 drive. Highly recommend this property for it's convenient location and amenities.

Beautiful house close to everywhere we wanted to be. Super comfortable bed and the house had everything we needed for an easy trip.

My husband and I brought our 3 kids (15,13 and 9) and a friend (16) along for two nights to ski at Monarch. The house is brand new- the only thing might be to mention that construction is still happening. It wasn't a problem for us as we were up early to ski and the noise wasn't too bad for my husband who had to work Thursday morning (wifi worked perfectly!). The basketball hoop and cornhole provided perfect entertainment when we arrived and the home was very comfortable for the 6 of us with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and great for several to maneuver in at the same time. After skiing Thursday, we played games after dinner at the table. The kids all commented how comfortable everything was to sit in.Walking the neighborhood was lovely with spectacular views! We wished we could have stayed longer! We hope to come back!

This was the best home for our family to escape to for a safe spring break during Covid. Everything was clean, fresh & ready for full relaxation! The kitchen is fully stocked! The beds & linens are so cozy and comfortable. We drove up to ski at Monarch 3 days during our stay. We loved coming back to relax and play games together as a family here. Just beautiful and so well done. We’ll look to return for sure!

This house is new & modern, and felt quite clean (important in this age of Covid-19.) It is a large three-bedroom home where our family of 4 adults & 2 kids felt comfortable. The VRBO description doesn't give it enough credit--it is well stocked with kitchen appliances as well as food essentials including spices, paper & plastic needs, & some basics. Lots of towels & linens & blankets. We recommend this property!

Wish we could have stayed longer!! The house is beautiful! And it’s well equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay amazing! If we are ever headed to Monarch again - we will be certain to book this house!
