Everything from communication to the home was amazing my kids loved the pool and the games! Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely house as the pictures show. We enjoyed a week here for a multi-generational family reunion. Our kids loved the pool table, the ping pong table and the backyard pool. The house enjoys a beautiful view of mountains. The backyard has beautiful landscaping and includes many nice features like the koi pond, various waterfalls, a grill and some kind of oven/fire place. The house was very clean when we checked in and had a large stock of clean towels ready for use. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed by the owner at this price point including: 1) electrical that did not fully work in several bedrooms (impacting ceiling lights and fans) resulting in lack of adequate lighting in some of the bedrooms as there were no lamps or other lighting in those rooms; 2) Washing machine did not work properly resulting in a load of laundry taking 6-8 hours to complete; 3) Several sliding doors off kitchen and downstairs bedroom and bonus space that did not have working locks that many people in our party simply couldn't open or close as they were so heavy; 4) some pots/pans and small appliances that had reached their expiration dates and needed replacement. We notified the owner about the electrical and washing machine issues soon after arriving, and he responded quickly but was not able to resolve these issues during our stay. In order to reach it's 5 star potential, we recommend that Owner consider: 1. Addressing all maintenance issues mentioned above prior to guests being there and adding lamps to bedrooms to supplement ceiling lamps. It is a huge imposition on guests to have to host multiple electricians and other repair people for work that Owner knows needs to be done prior to guests checking in. 2. Adding a dining table to the patio off the kitchen so that guests can dine outdoors without having to carry food, dishes up and down stairs. 3. Additional poolside loungers (currently 3) And if this were my house, I would definitely consider adding lower level laundry and an additional bathroom to the lower level (ideally one that had a door directly to the backyard), if feasible.

This is a great place. Wonderful views morning, noon, and night. A truly a special place to enjoy the best NM has to offer; perfectly situated to Santa Fe, Old Town ABQ, and everything in between. The views of the sunrise and sunset over the Sandias alone make it all worth it.

This is our second time staying, and each time is wonderful! Amazing communication with our host and a perfect location for our family. We hope to be back soon!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was very clean, the amenities were amazing, and the location plus the views were beautiful! Andrew is a awesome host, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again for our next family getaway.

We had a great time at this amazing home, felt like we were at a resort on vacation, the pool was amazing, plenty of space for everybody. Will definitely rent this home again. The owner was great and responded quickly to my questions.

This house really delivers on a spectacular view and sunsets! It was very clean, and when I had questions, the owner was very responsive and helpful. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby which was really convenient. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping. And we loved the pool! Speaking of the pool, I would note that it doesn't have much for a shallow end. It goes from roughly 3.5 ft to 7 or 8 ft deep fairly quickly. My kids are all teenagers and good swimmers so this was actually a big plus for them, but I could see it being a minus for families with kiddos that are younger or uncomfortable in the water. And there were even pool noodles and a big inflatable swan and an orca whale! I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot gush enough about this space! We needed a central location for our extended family (six adults and one toddler) to lockdown together, and we could not have chosen better! The place is immaculate, has tons of amenities (heated pool!), has a grand view of Sandia Peak, and was amazingly well provisioned. I would like to also brag on the host -- he was so responsive! I don't think I ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a reply to any question (before we showed up -- everything was easy and self-explanatory once we got there) and usually the response came within five minutes. This choice of places to stay made me a hero with the rest of the family. Thanks, AJ!

The property is fantastic with amazing views. Very quiet neighborhood too. Loved the pool table, the gym equipment, giant fireplace, big kitchen, and TWO tv rooms. Also the internet worked great! And the outdoor area with the pool and pond are lovely. Instacart delivers groceries here as well as restaurants nearby so there was no need to leave the house. On top of that, they keep the place stocked with board games which was a nice touch. The owner is REALLY nice and always responded immediately. If you're spending any time in Albuquerque this is a great place to do it!
