Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Will stay again. Refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment, which was important for me.

The room was clean and comfy. The two negatives were first there is no elevator for the second floor; second, the air conditioning was out in the breakfast area causing us take our coffee and leave.

It was VERY noisy! they had construction workers staying there and they were talking at 3am--also the pool was closed and the outside of the hotel looked dated

Old and dark and not clean. Pool and hot tub under construction and doesn’t say anything when making reservations.

Okay hotel over all, there’s no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase upstairs. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and did carry one for us.
The room was clean and exactly as expected.
The breakfast was better than anticipated the next morning.
The only other complaint was the pool was unavailable due to construction, but that’s not really their fault so I can understand that.

This was quite possibly the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. And I’ve stayed at some really nice places with nice rooms.

First off the pool was not functional. Second we go to our room smelt old and musty floors had dirt throughout. Not impressed with this hotel wasnt even updated from the old hotel owner beds were so worn down it made your body hurt. Never will i stay at this hotel again

smell and well worn out shower fixture. received a cut from the front of the handle that we reported to the front desk in case the cut leads to infection. had that not happened, perhaps the stay would have been more pleasant.

I was extremely upset because the main reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. Not one time did it mention it would be down until I got all the way out there and then saw a sign when I walked by to go to my room. They didn’t even mention it in the beginning! Besides that it was nice! But when you book a hotel for a reason and no one tells you it’s extremely upsetting especially when kids are involved!

We were just passing through Rio Rancho and needed a clean bed and a quick breakfast. 1 out of 2 is ok, I guess. The staff was quick at check in and our room was very clean, even the bathroom, which tend to be problem areas in hotels. When we arrived I noticed, CONTRARY to the hotel information online the pool was not available and the mgt has crossed out "hot" from their breakfast options. It was a slightly upgraded continental. It's only a 2 star so continental wouldn't be a big deal, but the deception is unacceptable. If I know up front, I can make a choice instead of have it made for me.
We had a double queen. Both beds were fine. TV worked, very few channel options but that wasn't really an issue since we were there such a short stay. The mini fridge was barely cold. That could certainly be improved. Water pressure and A/C also good.

Property was doing a remodeling for one of their areas for breakfast, staff took 5 minutes to knowledge me although she saw me come in. It was hot in lobby. The pool and spa were closed. Room was nice but very small bathroom.

Decent place to stay in RR for tournament at the RR convention center. It was about as close as we could get to RRCC (why they haven’t built accommodations at that area of town is a mystery). The price was a bit high for the quality but that is common currently. Staff was excellent.

We stayed just to break our drive. Staff was friendly. There was no elevator. It had been recently renovated and although it looks older from the outside the bathroom and room was very clean. Didn’t have the breakfast as we left early. Overall it was good, not super fancy but good for our stay.

Grounds surrounding the motel was kept clean
The hotel itself had numerous flying ants in the room my wife & I stayed in
This was reported to the night manager after some time was offered another room but since this incident took place at one in the am offer was declined
I was told that no maintenance staff was available
Morning manager was rude & refuse to discuss the difficulties that the flying ants cause. The second room that we had also encountered flying ants. In addition to this the fire alarm went off at four thirty in the morning. Nothing was done about this issue until we checked out. The person in room 118 also was charged twice. My wife & I were in 117.

Requested another blanket and was told they do not give additional blankets.
The water while taking a shower was lukewarm at best.
The room was run down, bathroom was questionable to the cleanliness and needed new bathroom fixtures.
I guess you get what you pay for. Will never stay here in the future. Noticed Holiday Inn Express down the road, will stay there.

Specifically choose this hotel for the indoor pool. Yeah its under construction even though the site doesnt say that anywhere. So it sucked because we wanted the pool and hottub. So for that reason alone wouldnt recommend. We complained and they just shurgged at us. Didnt offer compensation or anything. So if you care about a pool call first or dont book.

Under construction, lots of work going on. Rooms have new towels, bedding, flooring, very nice. Had to move room twice because the deadbolt not lined up to door jams. Hope everything will be better after construction is finished.

The lobby was undergoing renovation. This was inconvenient: we could not go directly from the lobby to our room. We chose this property for the pool, but it was out of order. This should have been reported in the Expedia site and app.

Arrived to a lobby covered in dust - redoing floor so we couldn’t check-in right away. No elevator and no rooms on first floor. Last straw- pool out of service. We specifically chose a hotel with pool for our granddaughter. Cancelled snd went to Days Inn.

Middle of a remodel and was a little difficult to access our room. The staff as polite and kind. I’ve stayed here many time, and I’m glad to see a remodel taking place. The price was high for what you get, but everywhere is high right now with the current political situation. Why a 52 year career poly was elected and thought to be good for the economy and country is beyond my comprehension. Next time you vote, please vote for the person that hasn’t made politics their career. They alway take care of themselves first and us common folks last. You def can see the difference between the last admin and the current one. Everything for everyone was much more affordable in 2019.

To noisy you can hear the guest rooms next to you and walking upstairs. Pool and spa advertised but had no water in either. It should be listed as a motel not a hotel and the price per night is way to much for what you get.

Hotel was kind of run down. They required a 150 dollar deposit for incidentals which we thought was kind of steep. Rooms were old and it looked like it may be under renovations. We only stayed because it was closest to an event we attended. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
