We had 14 people, and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or have their own space. The pool is lovely and really made our trip.

This was a great home for our 10 person stay. Pool and number of rooms is a plus. Distance from beach and crappy TV in main room were big minuses.

Great location, beautiful area! Had a great time staying in a home that accommodated all 8 of us. Nice to have a pool as well. House is showing its age, especially in the bathrooms. Having said that, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

7 long time friends stayed in this home for 5 days and we had a blast. Plenty of room and fun games in the cupboard. Didn’t want to leave.

The kitchen was large and well supplied for cooking. Each couple took a night to cook, so we used all of the different cooking equipment, as well as the grill several times. The location to the boardwalk we used for the beach was a nice distance for a bike ride; plenty of parking spaces as well for anyone wanting to drive their car to the beach. The house was very clean when we arrived. The amount of seating areas for eating and watching TV for 13 people was great. The 2 main improvements I would suggest: add curtains to all of the bedroom windows and oil all of the doors. They were extremely squeaky which made trying to stay quiet in the mornings impossible. With no curtains in most of the bedrooms, it allowed the sun in for those trying to sleep past 7:00 and you could see in the twin bed bedroom from the pool area. The description of the house on the website was extremely accurate. We ate twice at the Player's Pub for dinner. We all enjoyed each meal that we ordered. We also ordered beach chairs and umbrellas from their website and that was a huge luxury to not to have to carry chairs to the beach each day. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this house to a family member or a friend. Our group was discussing renting this house again for next summer.

This home is perfect for a large group! Everyone had their own rooms and were able to spread out. The home has everything that you could need, including a hair dryer. We would rent this location again.

We had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home. Accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the roominess of the kitchen/family room. The beds/linens were clean and comfortable. I slept in the bedroom with the twin beds and would just suggest to oil the door, very squeaky. We didn't receive any information ahead of time about the gate/keeper/parking pass so that did take time to get figured out. Also no specifics about check out as far as garbage and bedding.

This property was gorgeous and worked perfectly for our get-away with friends. The house was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable for our group of 8 people. It was spotlessly clean. The linens were crisp and clean and of excellent quality, and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was in good working order in the house - the grill cooked our 8 steaks perfectly our last night there! The pool and outdoor patio were great! The Property Manager was easy to do business with and prompt to respond to our pre-check-in questions. We can't say enough good things about our stay at 195 Governor's Way - we really enjoyed everything about the property, and hope to return next year

Overall, the house itself is nice and was accurately represented on your listing. Our Poor rating stems from your firm's property management service. The day on which we arrived, we discovered at 11:30 pm when we went to bed that our bed linens had never been changed - there was human hair on the sheets, dirt stains, and black debris of some kind. One of the twin bed linens had blood stains on the bottom sheet. On a day that began at 4:00 AM, the last thing we wanted to do was wash sheets and make beds - which meant we did not get to bed until 1:30 AM. We called after hours support but were told that they could not offer replacement linens. Other things that were off-putting were two dead frogs in the basement refrigerator , cockroaches on the first floor, and one toilet that had urine in it when we arrived (so much for "deep cleaning" I have pictures of the sheets if you are interested - forgot to take picture of the dead frogs in a refrigerator, as that was a first. I will post this information in my VRBO review tomorrow.

Pros: We arrived at the home which has been renovated and beautifully done. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and inviting and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was located in a perfect area with only a mile bike ride to the beach. We were able to access the bike trail right across the street which we used daily. It was also wonderful to have the 6ft deep pool each day to enjoy after the beach. Cons:The cleaning was not the best but we didn't pay extra for the sanitized service because I wanted to do that myself. However, I did expect the refrigerator, faucets and dishwasher handles to cleaned which they definitely were not. With the Covid-9 pandemic, we planned on cooking at home 90% of the time by using the grill as advertised. The master bedroom door was a sliding barn door that really doesn't give privacy or help with noise as it was right off the family room. Definitely something to consider if you would like more privacy or have kids. The grill worked but the flame was so low that we couldn't grill anything on it causing us to either cook on the stove/oven which wasn't our choice. So we ate out at a few of the open restaurants that we could find that had not been shut done by Covid-9. The downstairs shuffleboard and putting green are in a damp basement so not really a great place to play and hang out with our kids due to the smell and bugs. But overall, the house worked great for our family.

The pictures do not do this home justice. 6 bedrooms with pool, behind the second gate of Kiawah was perfect for our family. We usually took car to the parking lot next to the Club when we went to the beach and it was very convenient, especially with kids. The master bathroom and downstairs bathrooms could use a little updating to match the rest of the house but overall the home was more than we expected. Loved the golf and shuffleboard under the house too! What a fun place to stay!! We will be back! Thanks Sweetgrass Properties!

We loved staying in this house. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great (just one light, so not exactly as pictured, but not a deal breaker). The upstairs remodel is fantastic. Property manager was easily contacted. Only downside was the beach is a little far to walk - a bike credit would make this house an all around 5 star!

This is a beautifully designed and decorated home! The landscaping provided great privacy for the deck and pool area and we were able to enjoy it all day. Comfortable beds, spacious closets, and updated appliances! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip!
