This is an fantastic apartment newly renovated in an charming old traditional Dutch house. We were staying with our two adult daughters and the apartment exceeded expectations, Near to grocery stores and a number of good restaurants in walking distance. There is both a tram and trains going into the Rotterdam city. We were welcomed directly by the owners, who are living in the same building. The location is great for central Schiedam. We were welcomed and shown around by the host and they were great throughout the weekend. We will use the same apartment next time we visit.

the position of the property was perfect in the historic part of the town with nearby restaurants and shops. The hosts, Ilse and Cor were super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was beautifully done up with all amenities and very comfortable and clean. I will miss my morning coffee in the yard while having conversations with the chickens !!

This is an exceptional property by the side of the most central canal and renovated to a very high standard. Interior just looked amazing. All amenities work fine including heating.

- the apartment is brand new. Newly renovated. - there are many things iron, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, full kitchen equipments - many items didnt use yet. - there are two bedroom, large living room, one bathroom with shower + bathtub + toulet - host is quite generous because coffee, tea, sugar, salt, even olive oil available:)

-first the apartment is very cold because host turned the heat when we enter and it was 17 degrees and outside 4/5 degrees. - It took 1 day to reach 18 degrees, because there are heating system by floor. Next day hardly we reached 23 degrees but it wasnt enough, because apartment has high ceiling, huge windows, ground floor and the walls was cold due to noN used heater. It ll be suitable mostly summer time stay or owner should keep open heater during winter time and make sure temp firm and even. - the apartment is not soundproof, you can hear upper floor talks, music, walks. Overall our stay is ok, host is very friendly and polite…but if you have small kids, you should re consider for winter time because there are really cold , me and my father used two blanked and wore our hat during sleep :)
