We really enjoyed this house and the location so close to the beach. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds are great and the view sitting on the couch is lovely.

This was our favorite spot thus far on a trip which started in Boston and will end in Montreal. We are from the Southwest so exploring the island was an amazing new experience. The home was a great place to land for a relaxing evening after outdoor activities. Loved the modern, sleek look.

Excellent stay at an excellent and very very quiet location. Dunes View Cottage became a home away from home for us. Driving proximity to Brackley Beach (5mins, ample parking with Washrooms, Showers and Seasonal Cafeteria, full accessibility, Seasonal Life Guards and safe swim area, the beach stretches for miles and offers great surf walking), Charlottetown Airport (15 mins) Charlottetown Downtown Waterfront (25 mins but go via Charlottetown perimeter highway, it brings you out at the waterfront car parks and all amenities), all major grocery and everyday shopping stores (20 mins). Plentiful sightseeing drives to local beaches, towns and lovely lunchtime restaurants, all within easy reach (60-90mins). If driving to PEI via the Confederation Bridge (a must see), consider leaving by the Ferry at Wood Islands and cruise across to Caribou Nova Scotia, a wonderful experience. Lynn answered our questions promptly. We had no issues with any aspect of the Cottage, everything worked just fine and is as shown and described. We've visited PEI on several occasions over 25 years and this was our best yet. Dave n Annette Ontario

My family of 5 visited PEI last week, and had the privilege of staying in this STUNNING home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, with a view off the back porch that I could stare at all day. All amenities one would need are provided, and then some. The atmosphere within the home was very calming, which was greatly appreciated after days filled with constant activity. The inside pictures don't really do the home justice. It is quite a bit larger than the pictures indicate. You literally feel like you're "home". I genuinely never wanted to leave. (The island itself was enough to make me not want to go!) No matter where you drive or walk, there is immaculate farmland, rolling hills, and ocean as far as the eye can see. One of the best vacations and accommodations I've ever had.

Great stay! Well worth it and exactly as advertised if not better. Perfect location and the home had everything you need.

The house was perfect for our family. We were 8 peoples and we had enough of everything to enjoy our time in PEI. I strongly recommend this place.

Lynn’s places was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed to host a larger group, the house is so bright and open. Great to have the BBQ and fire pit. Lynn was fast to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this place to a friend!

Very nice location. Easy check in. But house was not that clean. Couches were disgusting , freezer, windows need a good cleaning. My sheets on the bed were so pilly couldn’t sleep on them. Do directions for garbage so there was 16?days of garbage. Need blinds on windows no privacy. Cardboard covering onwindow which I read earlier so should have been taken care of. Needs a deep clean .

This house was a great place for our family of seven to stay during our short time in PEI. We loved the location and spent one day going west, touring the Anne of Green Gable/Cavendish area and beyond and the next going east to Greenwich Beach. The home was well-stocked with everything from beach towels to anything you would need for the kitchen. It looked new and well taken care of. Our only complaint was the window treatments in the bedrooms did not fit the windows and block out sun or offer much privacy. Otherwise, we loved everything about the house.

New and well equipped home. Really enjoyed the stay. More split firewood would have been a plus

First rate property. Interesting water views with eagle and osprey activity. 2 minutes to the beach/park/bike path. New furnishings. Fully equipped. Quibble, Uses a Keurig so you may need your own pods. Really a 5 star place.

We stayed at the VRBO house- outside of the city to relax due to a death in the family while making arrangements - it was quiet- just what we needed.

This house was light, airy, and so clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the house is well laid out, and location was fantastic.

Unfortunately we visited shortly after hurricane Ian hit PEI. All National Parks were closed due to the coast erosion and downed trees. This property is very close to Brackley Beach National Park. We made the best of it hitting many Light Houses and travelling the scenic routes along the coast.

Overall the house was a great rental. A couple of things fell short. 1. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms did not cover the windows. 2. A window in the third bedroom was covered with cardboard and duct tape! 3. There were no hand towels. 4. No directions for recycling bins or other household information provided.

My family had a lovely time staying at the Dunes View Cottage. The house is beautiful, very clean, modern and spacious. The rooms were comfortable, laundry very handy and kitchen had all the utensils and dishes we needed. The location was great, such a short drive to Brackley Beach and PEI National Park (the pass was provided, which was perfect). We loved every minute of exploring PEI and then coming home to relax at this rental.

Like new inside. Well-stocked kitchen, but bring your own Keurig pods. Beds were very comfortable. Open concept. Nice bbq/deck with view of inlet. 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. Plenty of golf courses within 30 minutes. PEI national park pass provided/entrance within a mile from the house. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Highly recommend this property! Close to bike trails, beautiful beach, and deep sea fishing. Very clean home and had everything we needed. Lynn was very quick to reply - it was a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful brand new property with more than enough space for our family of four. Kitchen was nicer than mine at home! Great location only 20min from every spot we visited. My favs were brackley beach and dunes view cafe.

We had a great time at this place. It met all of our needs. It’s perfectly located on the island and had tons of room for the kids to play. The house is basically brand new and was very clean. We’re already planning to come back next year!

We enjoyed this spacious clean house with a large kitchen and all the essentials. It was located minutes from the wonderful sandy Brackley Beach complete with Beach pass. Easy to get to Cavendish, Anne of Green Gables, Charlottetown and other places of interest. The laundry facilities came in handy for our family as well. We got prompt replies from Lynn when asking questions about the amenities. Our family of eight really enjoyed our stay as we explored PEI for the first time. Great memories!

We stayed at this property for a week in June 2022. There were six adults, and the space was perfect for the six of us. The host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The location was great and the addition of the national park pass was a nice touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities and location. Can’t wait to come back!!

This vacation rental is absolutely lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice and there is nothing we could say that would improve it. On the other hand, PEI in November is a bust! Literally 90% of the things we went to see were closed. This is no fault of the vacation home and we would not hesitate to return to this fantastic property.

We had a great time at the house. Kitchen is well stocked, extra towels and blankets were available and the beds were comfortable. We came in the fall so just walked Brackley Beach but it was a good location to explore the island from.

We were so pleased with this lovely home! It was a short drive from the airport and a perfect location to travel and explore the province. The home is spotless, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!
