The staff here were excellent. The place looks amazing and is very clean. The buffet selection was terrific and the service was wonderful You cannot fault the staff, they are what made this place amazing.

It is quite big so you can easily get lost with all the different routes so can be a bit overwhelming. All of us agreed that the pillows could do with replacing as they were quite lumpy.

Asiakaspalvelu ei ollut niin ystävällistä ja toimivaa kaikilta osin, kuin voisi olettaa 5 tähden hotellilta. Neliömääräänsä ahtaamman tuntuiset huoneet joissa heikosti säilytystilaa. Allasbaarin ruokavalikoima laadullisesti erittäin huono.

Hotel was clean and had perfect facilities

Gym opening at 10am. We would have preferred an earlier opening time. Most of the staff were really attentive but occasionally there were a couple who were not particularly friendly and didn’t provide as good customer service as others.

Everything was perfect :) Next year we will come back .

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and especially Rita who looked after our room. Nice touch presenting my wife with a bottle of bubbly on her birthday.

The Pool was lovely, there was a good selection for breakfast.

The location of our room, which was directly adjacent to the road and also a disco bar where the music went on until 4am which were not informed about.

Take note that you are only eligible for a meal in one of the al a carte restaurants if you stay 7 nights. We stayed only 3 but did get 50% discount. The main restaurant is noisy but you can eat outside and there were heaters in the evenings. There was a 2 seater sofa and an armchair in the room which made if a little crowded.

The hotel is amazing. we love the Balinese sunlounger, so comfortable. The food is great and the staff so friendly.

The whole resort was beautiful, very well maintained and clean. We were lucky to get a 7th floor balcony room with sea view.

I stayed over Christmas. My room 215 was located close to a bar that recently opened on the seafront. There was loud rave thumping music all night until 4am. When I checked in there was no mention that this would be a noisy room. After a few days I asked to be moved to a different room. The receptionist said that this noisy bar was a matter of concern for the hotel and that they were taking legal action against the owners. I was disappointed that this noise issue was not clarified when I checked in as it ruined my Christmas holiday. I was finally given a new room = pool side and it was so peaceful and quiet. Guests should not be located in the noisy part of the hotel.

Architecturally very impressive hotel with excellent staff. Very clean for its size! The rooms and beds are comfortable, although a bit dated and the location is a little bit on the edge of Meloneras, but the upside is you can have a really nice 15-min walk by the sea to the main part of town. There are also some good restaurants right on the beach below the hotel if you don't wan't or can't take the walk. There were a lot of activities available at all times (yoga, live music, etc.). Breakfast and lunch service was running impressively smoothly for such a large hotel! Would rate it between 8 and 9 (as the current Booking review score matches), but Booking only allows either 8 or 9. :) Excellent heated infinity pool with nice sea views next to the Tropical bar! We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing a week before Christmas! The pool water itself during our visit in late December was similar temperature to the mediterranean sea in June - probably around 23 degrees Celsius, maybe more on warm days right before the sunset - so if you’re used to that and the weather is sunny, it won’t be too cold to swim even in winter. Lower level pools seemed even a little warmer. Hats off also to the pool staff constantly wiping wet floor around the pool! It’s a pet friendly hotel, but only in some rooms (see below). Our chihuahua Biba received a nice welcome package and felt like home from the first minute onwards! Pets are also welcome in the Tropical bar, which is right next to the infinity pool, so you can technically take your pet sunbathing with you if it’ll stay out of immediate pool area and on a leash with you.

Our sea view room on floor 2 had obstructed view of the sea due to a palm treetop being directly in front of the balcony. We asked to be moved to another room in a higher floor, but were told we could only stay on floors 1 and 2 because we were traveling with a small dog. I specifically emailed them before booking asking about this and they didn’t mention pets are allowed only in some rooms. Nevertheless, the receptionist was helpful and arranged us to check another room on floor 2 - which also had sea view obstructed by the palm. I don’t know if all 2nd floor rooms are like this, but those two should be labeled as partial sea view in my opinion. We then decided to switch to another room on floor 1 (ground floor), which was lower category, but in this case actually had a better view of the sea and also had a nice grass terrace. They also refunded us the difference in price, which I really appreciate, and I wouldn't even consider this to be an issue if they would mention it when asking over email. The bass noise coming from the beach clubs at night (one of them is open-air)! It’s a shame, because it’s not really anything the hotel could do to improve this, apart from taking action with the local authorities. It’s really the main thing that would put me off coming back to this hotel. I’ve done my share of clubbing, but the these clubs are on another level - people must be getting deaf there if noise travels so far back and through double glazed windows! The noise starts after midnight, so if you fall asleep before that or if you are in a room not directly facing the beach, you might not notice it. The furniture looks a bit dated and could be modernized, but everything was working in our room and facilities are generally really nice. It’s also good to see they are taking notes and improving on things criticized in the comments here, such as fixing loose tiles in the pool - haven’t seen a single loose tile during our stay!

The best was the breakfast, balcony, sunset and restaurant+cleaning staff.

The noisy music till 4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep with the balcony door open to hear the waves. Also, we and another couple got food poisoning destroying part of our stay, and the person replying to written messages via booking did not take it serious claiming I was the only getting it after I wrote we were 2 rooms and 4 people being down with it at the same time.

Pools to choose from with the main pool having plenty space and room. Dinner was exceptional, would go back just for the range they had each night!

Location didn’t seem amazing. Not the best beach outside the hotel and very loud music each night if your room is facing the beach/road. Medium length walk to sand dunes where you can pass shops and bars on the way which is nice, but difficult to walk in the heat, you might want to reconsider how to get there.
