The location of this place is amazing! If you are hitting up Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and/or the Great Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, this place is perfect. We had 20 people- 8 adults and 12 kids aged 5-16 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house! The amenities are amazing and the kids were all entertained and it wasn’t loud for the adults- space for everyone to enjoy! We had a few small issues come up while we were there and the property manager was very quick to try to fix them, which was so nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels very safe (minus the occasional bear!). Highly recommend!

We loved that it was very family friendly and the kids loved the tree house room. All the amenities were clearly marked and that helped us stay organized.

We stayed three nights in the middle of June. A/C on the main floor was broken the entire time we stayed. Upstairs was broken for two of the three days. Interior of house was 80+ degrees. Owner was quick to respond when notified but was unable to get the house to cool down until after our stay ended. Kids loved the play area and the neighborhood is simply lovely.

Great location with amazing views and surrounding properties. House was stocked with plenty of extra items. Dish soap, hand soap, some spices, tons of kitchen items, I noticed a changing table and miscellaneous baby items such as gates and other things. There were many blankets available to sit around with. We were able to park in the garage which was nice but just had to go out through the front door after parking since there wasn’t a garage door opener for that side of the garage. Not a problem we were thankful to be able to park in there during rainy days. Our son loved the arcade game down stairs, but we didn’t get to use the one gaming consoles in the treehouse as they just weren’t working. We had great communication with the manager and she even stated she could send maintenance out to look at them but we just wanted to enjoy our time and didn’t worry with it. We loved the property and the area, if you’re looking for a place with an amazing view book it now! You won’t be disappointed. Our oldest son loves history and was super excited to see the old stagecoach at the house next door. We drove by it each day and it was a nice bonus!

Our family so enjoyed our time here. The treehouse/playroom is amazing. The kids loved it and it kept them busy. The house is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

It was a wonderful stay,beautiful area..The house was perfect for us.A few things could have been updated but overall it was very nice.

Perfect property and close to everything!

The house was amazing. We had a group of 17 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate most of our meals at the cabin. The treehouse was great for all the kids. They loved it. The views were beautiful!!
