The cabin was in a beautiful location, set up perfectly for our needs. We had 6 scouts and 3 adults who only needed a 1 night stay on our way home from a high adventure trip. We were only there to sleep but the loft and upstairs bedroom were perfect for the boys, the separate bedroom on the main level was perfect for two adults and the last adult occupied the basement level which was equipped with a lovely bedroom, bath, lounge area and full laundry. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We will be back to rent for our own personal family vacations. We were surprised to find a cabin to rent to us for only 1 night, but we were so thankful to find one. Highly recommend!

Cabin was spacious and clean. Very cozy atmosphere and provided the right things needed for lots of kids. Was able to make meals with items provided and the views were nice. Even able to see some of the fireworks from Dollywood at night. Highly recommend

The stay at this cabin was amazing. Perfect for our 3 families. Beds were very comfortable and shower had great pressure! Area was quiet, but close to everything including Dollywood! We all enjoyed the grill and socializing around the fire pit. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The cabin has a great location, large rooms and bathrooms and the hot tubs were perfect after a long day of walking. We also got a lovely surprise while enjoying the firepit at 9:40pm with being able to see the Dollywood fireworks. Its also important to mention that it was verry easy to reach the property management team. Highly recommend.

We had a great trip. The fire pit was very nice and easy to work. The property was clean and the property manager was very quick to respond when we had questions. We will be back!

We were literally with 15 minutes of every place we wanted to go! Very clean property- inside AND out. Plenty of room/activities (hockey table, 2 hot tubs, 6 TV’s, fire pit, porch with rockers); VERY RESPONSIVE management team (Sunny and Stacy are great!); Very quiet area and we felt safe!CONS: Because the cabin is a log cabin, there are many ‘creaks’ when walking throughout the house... please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper since EVERY movement in the house can be heard during the night. Cookware/utensils were plentiful; however, there is absolutely NOTHING else there (salt/pepper, spices of any kind, foil, ketchup/mustard, etc). Just realize that you will need to purchase EVERY food/spice/prep item if cooking while there; Be mindful that YURTS are VERY close to the cabin... you can see/hear YURT guests on their porch and they can see you on yours. Overall, this was a perfect fit for our family of 9 and we were VERY PLEASED! Would definitely recommend!

This might just be our favorite cabin in Pigeon Forge. The beds were very comfy. The space was perfect for our family. It met all of our needs and then some! 5 stars!

Great location and easy to get to. Close to shopping and Dollywood.

This cabin was great and the access was not death defying. The road is a little steep but is very wide and very safe. There were very nice kitchen supplies and it made cooking during the week enjoyable. Some rentals have subpar pots/pans/dishes/silverware... This cabin had very nice stuff and that is important to a cook. The kids loved the hot tub (hot pool as our 3 year old took to calling it). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and supplies. The appliances were all very nice and the HVAC system was perfect. The fire pit was great and the grill worked great every time. If this cabin meets your family sleeping needs I would highly recommend it.

A perfect place to stay while vacationing in Gatlinburg area. We absolutely loved this place. Great location that is literally minutes from Dollywood. Probably one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. Accommodations are top notch and very well maintained.

This cabin is conveniently located near Dollywood. The only downside to the area are the yurts so close! I felt like we were invading privacy just by being on the deck of the cabin. It was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and that is a huge benefit to me. We didn’t have to do laundry everyday just for everyone to get showers! The bedrooms are large and comfortable. This is great cabin for multiple families. I love the idea of two hot tubs! We stayed in the upstairs room, and that shower is amazing. It’s huge and so nice. The game in the loft was a plus. No issues getting in or checking out.

One of my biggest concerns when renting a cabin in the mountain area has always been the driveway and this one so far has the easiest and smooth one ( all paved) , although it didn’t snow the whole time we stayed there, it rained for the most part of it. Stacy was very responsive and very helpful to any question and/or minor issue we had such as the gps taking us to the wrong place and hot tub operation. The only suggestions we would like to give are to make sure there’s at least basic stuff in the kitchen such us salt and pepper for cooking , and also hooks or bars in the bathrooms to hang towels on especially when you have such large group staying . But overall we were all pleased and satisfied with our 2 night stay. The cabin was very nice and tastefully decorated and seemingly fairly new .

Stayed for 3 nights and my partner/our friends got to see snow for the first time during our stay. Tucked away in a nice private area yet close to all the fun attractions! We can’t wait to visit again.

This cabin has it all. Our family spent Christmas in Pigeon Forge and had the best time staying at Timber Oaks. If you are looking for a cabin close to Dollywood, this is the one. You can hear the Dollywood Express and watch the fireworks from the porch. It is very clean and well maintained, has two hot tubs, a fire pit, nice view, and every ammenity you can imagine. We cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen and did not even have to bring any dishes, cooking supplies, or utensils. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The cabin is spacious with room for everyone. Sunny and Stacy were super quick to respond with any questions or needs. Side note: there are four small yurts lining the grounds around the cabin, so it is not completely secluded, but we did not have any problems with any of our neighbors during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Would have thought a party of 8 there would have been more than 2 coffee pods! 2. Dish soap for misc. around sink. 3. we only got 2 Dishwasher soap with a party of 8 we used the dishwasher like 5 times! On the bright side we planned ahead and brought the extra things like listed above except the liquid dish soap! Over all it was a very clean and pleasant to be able to stay there! Very roomy and beautiful cabin..very well appointed…the only concern that I had while we were there were the 2flights of stairs…be sure if u have a little one as we had my granddaughter who was almost two was safety concerns on the stairs …make sure u bring a baby gate!!! And the other big thing was the inconvenience of garbage dumpsters so far away from the cabin…other than those things it was great!! Perfect location!!!!

During the night we’d have to go through someone’s bedroom to get to a bathroom. Not ideal with a large group with young children. The yurts are very close to the house. That might bother some folks if they are hoping for some privacy. If you’re on the porch you can look directly down to the hot tubs used by those staying in the yurts. In the bathroom there are no shelves to put shampoo, soap, etc on. It all has to go on the floor of the shower. No hooks anywhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. The beds are fairly comfortable but be aware of the way the beds are made. You have to climb over a log to get in the bed. Not a pleasant thing to do at night or first thing in the morning. Older folks might have a good bit of difficulty. The fireplace stopped working and someone came by and fixed it very quickly. We had plenty of towels. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked. Be sure you have the correct address for your cabin. We rode all over the place in a very tight neighborhood of cabins looking for ours. It was in a completely different place. We would recommend this cabin but we would not stay there again.
