The individuals communicating with us were phenomenal, we were very pleased with the facilities. We came off a weeklong cruise and needed a place to wind down after the rough life on the ocean. We were there for a couple days before we drove home. A beautiful home. Great location and the people were great to deal with. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

The fence was rotting and the gate won't close. The ducks break in the pool area and crap everywhere. Not enough pillows or towels. No advance notice of coffee maker. We had k cups but needed ground coffee. The grill is a small grill and never specified it was charcoal. Half the lights and receptacles dont work. Tv was streaming only. Parking was horrible you get blocked in. Game room was hot. Never again.

Over all Our stay was Wonderful. The only coplaint was the pool table/ ping pong table need to be replaced. Not fit to play on. And the Fooseball tBle needs tighted up. But very clean and had a Fantatic time. Will be back again.

Enjoyed the house. Bar soap, tissues and kitchen towels should be provided.
Also, access to free television stations without having to subscribe to an internet account.

Over all stay and location was ok.
Too minimal. There needs to be dressers in each bedroom. We had to put all our clothes on floor.All mattress sunk to middle.
There were no face towels at all or any place to put shampoo or soap in shower.
Couch in living room. Way too small. And very uncomfortable.
A few pool toys would have been nice. Not even 1 was there !
A hand soap in bathroom would have been nice too. So a little TLC needed in this place. No a lot !

Game room. No AC. Pool table falling part. Not useable. The photos over sell this place.

The house was very clean and spacious, but was disappointed with the game room. It was in a good location near shopping centers and the Disney parks, but neighborhood was not as private as we would have liked. Would recommend heating the pool. It was too cold for swimming. Great host! He was prompt in responding to our questions and concerns.

There is a pool table. It is completely UNFIT for playing pool.Main bedroom bed was fine but other beds were uncomfortable.Clean place. Quiet. Not much in the way of supplies. We went to purchase toilet paper and paper towels.

We were there only for a long weekend, but the house was very nice, clean, and was as expected per the pictures. I emailed the property manager about a minor issue we found, and he respondly promptly and arrainged to take care of the problem. I would stay there again.

The pool was perfect and plenty of furnishings for comfort as well. 2nd floor shower was lacking hot water.
Location was good, however there was some noise and annoying neighbors at night.

Game. Also, there aren’t tvs in every room. The syncing process is difficult to connect your phone to the tv. Bring your own or a fire stick! There were ants (the black ones) in the kitchen, a large amount!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and spacious. To our surprise we had extra utensils available to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and clean. Extra linen, towels, and blankets were available. The entertainment/playroom was great to play pool as a family. I also have to mention that the covered back pork is great for reading a book or having your morning coffee as you gaze at the lake. If too hot, the pool was clean and lawn chairs are available to sun bathe. I do recommend this property and will stay again when visiting Orlando to visit my family. Thank you to the host for making sure everything was perfect for our stay.

This was an excellent choice for our needs! We were a group of tennis players who had a tournament at the USTA Nat’l Canpus in Lake Nona. Parking is difficult if you are a larger group. The house is still was spotless, well-maintained. We would only ask that a few more sets of towels, especially hand towels be placed in the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean house. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the wifi, we couldn't pull in any football games on Sunday!

Close to Disney, clean, enough mattresses for the whole group, and a nice pool that some of the kids were tough enough to be able to get into. And the surrounding neighborhood put on a really nice fireworks display for new years eve.
