The location was fine and parking included which was a bonus. The building was well secured and reasonably quiet if the windows were kept closed. Our unit had no A/C which we somehow overlooked. Fortunately the weather stayed on the cool side during our stay so that was not a problem. The fans provided were efficient and quiet enough to allow sleep. There was no housekeeping services available during our 13 day stay as they said it was not their policy to clean during a stay only at the end which we thought to be a rather strange policy particularly at this price point. The kitchen was reasonably equipped but felt the unit could benefit from updating some amenities and a deeper clean. Being downtown there is a lot of street/ siren noises.

Location was perfect. Everything we needed was so close. Unit was well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend.

The property is very clean and beautiful. It is so close to all the places important to us. We are so grateful to have stayed in this wonderful unit, which had all amenities we needed. We surely will return again! Good job to Vacasa for taking care of the property for us guests to enjoy…

This place was within walking distance to Pike Place, Underground tour, Shopping, waterfront, and restaurants. The Target was located downstairs in the same building. You had no reason to have a car but comes with a parking space at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Location was awesome. The property was a walking distance to restaurants and shops. Located just above Pikes marketplace.

I wish I had read more that they don't have air conditioning but that is my fault. Great condo and great location.
