We loved to the beautiful ocean views, and the extensive property for taking long walks. Being close enough to see surfers from our lanai was so fun, and loved the peaceful feeling of listening to the waves at night. We cooked all of our dinners in our studio's kitchen, and found it to have all needed cookware, dishes, appliances, etc. The full size washing machine and dryer were a great help, as able to keep our luggage light for the trip. Comfortable king size bed, lots of areas to sit comfortably and a nicely appointed bathroom with large shower. A very short walk to the parking lot, and also to the beach. The grounds have many varieties of plants, trees and flowers, and wildlife. Watching the wild turkeys roam the property was delightful. Hope to return for a visit again someday!

Our 6 days at Panholo Hale I-3 was awesome. With an overlooking lanai to the ocean we viewed nightly sunsets from the comfortable rocking chairs. Awakening to the sound of the ocean through the open french doors each morning was luxury. The condo was aptly equipped, very clean and communications with Scott were superb. We couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, we highly recommend this spot on Molokai.

The listing is accurate and was just as beautiful as the pictures. Molokai is a small Island with very little shopping and points of interest but if that's what your looking for it is perfect as we totally enjoyed our 2 weeks here. We are not hikers but there are a lot of trails here and very nice beaches of which most of the time we were the only ones on the beach. For us at 70+ it was a 5 star

The view is stunning! The unit is very clean and stocked with what you would need. All of the fans were a lifesaver as it is definitely warm. We kept the doors open on the lanai the whole time, which granted us beautiful views to wake up to. I highly recommend this property!

A piece of paradise, this villa has the most beautiful beach front views. As soon as we drove up to Paniolo Hale the property is so well maintained, the lush flowers, when you walk into the villa it is just breathtaking. You’re welcomed with ocean waves crashing outside of the lanai. The views are incredible. The decor, was so welcoming. They offered every amenity you could think of, we used the binoculars to watch 3 whales & the surfers. Chairs for sitting to watch the sunset. The fans are amazing & with the cool night breeze we slept like babies. The bed is so comfortable. And they leave you with everything you need in the kitchen. I’ve never been somewhere where they leave laundry tabs for your laundry & it was greatly appreciated. I have traveled the U.S. & internationally, with what is offered inside & out, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Mahalo.

Beautiful, peaceful property with incredible beach views. Sitting on the screened lanai watching the waves roll in was the highlight of our stay on the island. One of our favorite places we've ever stayed.

Love this condo. Well stocked and the location is great. Steps from the beach. The bed was very comfortable. We spent many hours on the screened in lanai. The rocking chairs are awesome. Scott was so helpful and proactive in his communication. We are already planning our return trip. Mahalo for sharing your condo.

This condo was a dream

Great little place to stay on west side of the island. Quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is location and proximity to grocery store, which isn't bad...you just have to plan for it. Sunset views are unbeatable. My only complaint about the property is the freezer was left cracked open and all the ice was melted when I arrived, plus a small puddle in front. Not a big deal.

I echo all the positive comments in other reviews. I look forward to returning. The bed was comfortable and of high quality. The beach chairs were perfect to take out at night to stargaze. The lanai was a private yet open space to listen to the ocean and watch the waves or read or eat, until the sun got too hot, which was time to retreat to any of the comfortable seating inside. A couple recommendations: Arrive during the day. The directions are excellent, and still, this is a fairly private location, so it's going to be a lot easier to find during daylight. While it is very private, it is a studio condo in a row of units. You can see in the neighbor's lanai if you stand at one end of the unit's lanai and look away from the beautiful view, so just stick to the beautiful view and listen to the ocean, not the neighbor. I'm grateful to the host for providing such a wonderful place to stay. A hui hou.

I love this place. It will always be home. Thank you for letting me borrow it back. My favorite spot is on the screened in lanai, listening to the ocean waves and birds. There’s no place like Moloka’i to enjoy the nature of Hawai’i away from the hustle and bustle of commercial activities and tourists, and this condo is absolutely the best place to stay on island. The high ceilings, large screened in lanai with all the doors open turn this “studio” into a spacious, inviting and comfortable place to relax and rejuvenate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with all the accessories you need. You’re just steps from the best beaches in all of Maui County. 20 out of 10!

Our condo was in a beautiful tropical setting with beach views. We went to sleep with the sound of waves & a view of the Milky Way every night. The lanai/ porch was large & screened in. We sat out there playing cards each night. Very private and quiet.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. We loved the doors that could be all open to the screened in porch. Best of all, the VIEW. It was incredible. The kitchen is well equipped, and had pretty much anything we would need. Loved the area it is in. It is a ways from town, but we didn't mind, we wanted a peaceful, quiet stay, which it is. The condo looks just as it is represented in the pictures. Would stay here again in a second!

We stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary and were very impressed. It was one of the nicest accommodations we have ever had for a vacation. The room was pleasant and the screened lanai was a pleasure to use. Just 50 yards from the beach, you could hear the waves crashing at night. There are many hiking trails nearby to explore the area, but it was also wonderful just to relax on the lanai and enjoy the view. We were happy to have had the opportunity to stay there.

We really loved our stay! The place was beautiful the view was amazing! We didnt close the lanai doors the whole time we we’re there. Fell asleep and woke up at the sounds of the ocean.

We loved the property, very lush and green grounds, cute as a button pool, quiet and not crowded in general both on property and beach. We loved our stay, being middle aged with no kids, we appreciated that this was a very “grown-up” property with adults mostly. We also appreciated the out of the way location, that was close enough to town to go daily. Acai and Poke bowls at A Taste of Molokai food truck and hot bread were highlightes. Kumu farms for papaya and back to the condo to sit on the lanai in the breeze. Lovely!

A spacious well- equipped property, walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to one of the longest beaches on the islands. The views were magnificent everyday and the connected lanai made being in feel almost like being outdoors most of the time. Definitely a beautiful stay!

This property was everything as advertised. We had the best time. The view is unreal and the unit is well maintained, well stocked, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. We will be back!

The studio was well equipped and beautifully appointed. Exceeded our expectations. Scott was super easy to work with and very communicative. The studio has a screened in lanai facing the ocean. We never closed the doors to the lanai and listened to the ocean all night long. Every evening we walked with our beach chairs (provided) down to a mostly empty beach and watched the sunset. I even saw a green flash. It happened to be whale season so we saw whales while the sun was setting. Come on!!! Not only is the studio great the overall property is very well maintained. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay and time on Molokai. We did rent a car because the property is about a 35 minute drive into the main town, groceries, restaurants, etc. Also it got a little warm in the studio during the later afternoon so keep the front door open for airflow. This is the island and place you want to go to if you need a break from it all.

The property was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. We cooked some great meals and met so many lovely people. Both local and vacationers. When you stay here don’t forget to go down to the beach at sunset and meet the “Sunsetters”. They’re a great group of people that watch the sunset every night. They’ve all been coming here for 20+ years and will give you lots of great information on places to go and things to do. We’ve already booked to come back again!!! Thank you Molokai! We love you!

If you're looking for a warm inviting and unspoiled place to unwind and relax in body mind and spirit you can't go wrong here. Lovely walks, unspoiled beaches; this is a place where you can be mesmerized just watching the surf and the surfers, listening to the waves and the birds. Don't look for night-life here. Everything we needed was right here in this well-stocked unit with unbeatable views. Great to meet Scott.

The overall property and the unit itself were beautiful and well cared for. The unit was very well-equipped and the furnishings were in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again!
