Clean, beautifully redone home within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg (especially Old German Bakery). The home has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Our time in Fredericksburg was short but having our accommodations so close to Main St was a blessing. We were able to walk downtown easily to breakfast, dinner and shopping. We enjoyed the house. The fireplace provided such ambiance in the evenings while watching a Christmas movie. The beds were comfy and we loved the decor. Thanks for a memorable visit.

This property was just as nice as the pictures. It was a very convenient location so we walked every where.

3 of us - week long stay in Fredericksburg. We had plenty of space. Beds are comfy! Kitchen has every amenity you would want! Management was easy to get in touch with on a few minor issues that were resolved immediately. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. Visit several vineyards and a couple of breweries. Great restaurants and bars.

This place was a lovely space, all bedrooms were nice. There were no hangers in any of the 3 bedrooms, but they were delivered promptly when they were requested. The living space and bathrooms were all wonderful. Great outdoor space in the back and about 1/2 mile to main street Fredericksburg. I have allergies, so this may not be an issue for other renters, but it was very musty inside. You mostly noticed it when entering, but all my clothes took on the musty smell and even my small traveling kleenix packs absorbed the smell. When I got home, I had to wash everything I brought with me, including my suitcase nylon organizer bags, and air out my suitcase outside. Otherwise would get 5 stars. Again, not everyone might even be bothered by the musty smell.

Absolutely loved this house. It was a haven for us while waiting for our long term rental house. Great location near Main St. Creek Street is one of my favorite streets in Fredericksburg. All of the house decor and bedding were very cozy and comfortable. All in all a 10 out of 10!

This was our second time to stay here. As always, love the property and the location! Nice and comfortable! Love the big kitchen and the game room!

The property was beautiful for us to spend a few days away from home. Every process was very easy.

Friends and I booked this staycation for my birthday. My best friends son died in a horrific work related accident just a few days before our trip. We were all in shock and his mom couldn't even function. No way were we able to make this trip. They would not offer a refund or even a partial refund to account for this tragic situation. I will never plan to stay here again or even recommend it to anyone. No empathy for the loss of life, or even just do what is right in such a tragic situation. Still sitting in disgust over this.

We absolutely loved this place. Recently remodeled, great location the backyard was a perfect place to unwind after a great day of shopping and wine tasting. Very close to downtown. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We will stay there again next time!

My celebrated my wife and daughter’s birthday. Great location for all of Fredricksburg. Walking distance to main, but we drove everywhere. The kitchen is handy and we all got our competitive juices flowing with the shuffle board and darts. TV’s all over the place and living room very comfy. This is great for a family or a couple of families to spend time in the town.

I can’t complain about anything. Would do it again.

Pictures of home were accurate- the house was well appointed with plenty of amenities. We appreciated the little details like coffee fixings and generous towels. Beds were comfy!

Enjoyable Easter weekend, that was spent in this really nice house close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer and two blocks from St. Mary's. Spent most of Saturday on a private wine tour reserved via Absolute Charm. The driver, Mike, did an amazing job and even gave us a private tour of LBJ's ranch where Mike was the general manager before retiring and becoming a driver for Absolute Charm. We finished the day a Jack's steakhouse which is really cool, and the food was great too. Sunday was Easter Mass at St. Mary's, lunch at Vaudeville on Main St., taking in the local scenery and then dinner at Otto's. Wonderful time with family. Location walkable to downtown & space perfect for 2-3 couples. House decor and furnishings were very comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

We totally enjoyed the comfort of this home. Had everything plus fun things there to keep us happy. We left notes on things that we suggested to have there. All in All, the place was perfect. And very close to downtown vendors. Loved that convenience.

The house is in a really great location and quiet neighborhood. The updates and renovations give this home a very modern feel.

This property has a great location. However, checkin was difficult. We had to ask for the address and got a terrible message from property when given address. House also lacks amenities. Guest shower did not drain properly and hot water not very hot or last very long.

Home was beautiful and fully equipped! Fredericksburg at Christmas is small town beautiful and the people are all very nice!

Beautiful home , excellent bedding stocked with all the things you might need . Game room and outdoor space with fire pit. Great location ( a couple of blocks to Main Street ) shopping and eateries. Check in and check out was a breeze. Lovely home with a huge square island and an under the counter wine cooler. We did not make meals at the house but if you wanted to you would have everything you need . The house is stocked with quality in mind. A/C worked very well. I would easily rent this house again hands down.
