We love the Hotel as it was clean, near to the beach and to the bus stop. However the actual location is far from the city centre itself but accessible via bus or cab. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. It has a Spa facilities that can be booked too! The Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the dinner buffet food tastes very good! The rooms are being cleaned everyday too!

This Hotel is great for families. It has many facilities like a football court, mini golf, basket ball court and a great kids program. Wonderful staff overall.

The breakfast is between 7:30-10:00 which is probably pretty standard but the kids disco, which my son loved, is from 9-9:30pm. Then there is a show afterwards and the kids aren't asleep until maybe around 11pm. My son sleeps usually 11-12 hours.. so prolonging the breakfast until around 11:30 (which was the case in 2 hotels I spent the night at in Chaina) would have made us even happier with our stay. There is no wifi in the rooms, just at the reception and around that area. Because how I booked this property I was in 3x different rooms. There was a big difference in the quality. Our first room was too small for us 3x but the last room was just perfect. But then again, the reason is probably how I booked it and with a very short notice.

everything about the breakfasts was amazing a vast choice of english american and continental breakfasts, was on show so much too choose from fruit cold meats cereals and great cooked breakfasts it was exceptional in my eyes very well done i will certainly come back here in october .

i loved everything about the hotel i could not fault it in any way my partner also enjoyed it too ,all the staff were helpful and very friendly , it was top notch on cleanliness, very comfortable rooms ,and i cannot wait to return ,as i dont drive you had a 10 to 15 minute walk to the shops the beach around 15 to 20 minutes

Exceptional facilities

Loved our holiday here!!! Half board food was really tasty and a variety of food every night, great choice choice the kids too. All freshly made and just like you would get in local restaurants! Breakfast consisted of cooked breakfast, cereals, fruits yoghurt and meats etc. Room was really comfy, we had a one bedroom apartment the new style and very clean. Pool area was well maintained and clean. Very covid safe!!! Gloves and masks at meal times, all staff vaccinated and masks. We walked into centre with a 5 year old and nice stroll with shops on the way maybe about 20-25 mins and also malia old town we walked about the same distance. Shame Boris is putting the English off traveling because nothing to worry about and every other nationality in crete! Will definitely return to this hotel with the children.
