Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful home sitauated at the perfect spot, walking distance to the beach. It is also a short walk to everything you need like shops and restaurants for food. Grocery stores were driving distance so that made life so much easier! We loved the fact that the home was separated into 2 areas so that 2 families can have their own bathroom and seperation. The dining room easily accommodated all 11 of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better home and location. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Check in and out was a breeze and having parking right behind the building for free was a plus. Thank you for having us!

The location is the greatest part about this property. Right down the block from the beach, which is perfect. The other great positive is the parking off the street. My family and I both experienced insects such as ants and cockroaches in almost every room, including the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable. They ranged from super rockhard to marshmallow soft. The listing also says entire home. Not the case we were in the downstairs apartment and upstairs was a family, which was very rambunctious into the late hours of the night. The house rules clearly say quiet time is 10 PM till 9 AM . The people upstairs apparently never got that notice. The apartment we were in could use a little updating as far as sheet rock repair, paint, and new showerheads. Also, the water on the refrigerator didn’t work because the lever was broken. Overall, I would say we would not stay in this property again, but possibly a different one in the same location

Great location and was a plus that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also a plus that towels, linens and beach towels were provided. The off street parking is wonderful. The couches weren’t very comfortable and didn't stay together as they slid on the floor. Also had a few cockroaches in the house but maybe that is more common for Florida.

Perfect location for the break, really enjoyed the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation home was everything that I expected. Room for all of us. Party of 8. Everybody had their own bed. Perfect location. Away from the broad walk but so close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars. Family friendly. The bad side. The unit was not cleaned when we checked in. Very hard to get a quick response from the host. Was able to find a phone number to call. They got a hold of the owner. Chris was very helpful. He came over right away and got the cleaning crew. He gave me his cell number for any other inquires which we needed. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Chris!
