Stayed here with family to visit more family that was 5 minutes away. Beautiful area and property. The pool was a lot of fun for everyone and the house was very spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Great home to stay in....especially after long, hot days at the ball park! Kitchen is well stocked. AC works great! Pool is a lot of fun!

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything was as described perfectly. The beds were so comfortable kitchen was fabulous, loved the seperate living spaces. The backyard was a bonus played like a kid again going down the slide. Would definitely stay again if available!!! Felt like Home

The home has spacious living quarters. There are two TV/Family Rooms. One is open to the Kitchen, and that is where we hung out most of the time. The home was clean and ready early for us! I travelled to see my daughter, and her family of 4 wound up staying a couple of the nights I was there. The four bedrooms made this really easy. The home is well maintained. The heated pool is nice. I would book here again when travelling to AZ.

Would definitely stay again! Has everything you need from towels to pool towel and the beds are so comfortable!

House had everything we needed and more. The slide/swimming pool was a big hit with our grandkids. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family, we had our own little water park in the backyard, the house was super spacious and well equipped with anything you could need!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in the Phoenix area!! Thank you for an amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the front door was tricky to open. Patrick was very helpful but hopefully they resolve issue before next guests arrive. House had plenty of room and we loved the pool. Plenty of condiments in fridge so that’s always helpful. Thank you. Memories were made and our kiddos loved the pool the most— grotto and slide included!! Definitely a hit on our vacay!

This was the best property! It met all of our needs, we had the best time in the pool the first night. It was located close to all our excursions and our daughters wedding location. Tons of multi generation family and Friends were in town. Sadly we all felt the dogs next door are abused. It was upsetting to our family. This location and home was huge and beautiful 😍 We had an amazing time!!!!

Overall the property was very nice and comfortable with lots of room, nice furnishing, and comfortable beds. Mostly well maintained, cleaned, and cared for but needed some attention in a few areas. When I texted/emailed my contact person with issues as I discovered them, they were downplayed with no sense of urgency to correct the issue and included language that implied I either didn't know how to operate something , didn't know what I was talking about or was making mountains out of mole hills. Obviously, this didn't go over too well and resulted in some "colorful" responses from me. For example: One bathtub drain was plugged and drained very slowly. The Contact's response was to imply that I wasn't using the pop up drain plug properly and that it was never an issue before. One burner on a very nice gas stove/oven didn't work and I was told it had always worked before and it would be "looked into". The most important concern I had was about the pool bottom and sides looking dirty or possibly having something growing on it (mildew/algae??)and that the skimmer basket/filter is wedged in so tightly it couldn't be removed to empty the debris. The pool guy did show up after a day or so w/no noticeable resolution of either concern. I had to follow up with the contact person and was told the pool bottom/walls had "small areas of staining" and that I was "exaggerating to say the least". The water itself was crystal clear so it was pretty easy to see what was stains and what wasn't. There's also a lot of bushes/trees close to the pool causing a lot of leaves to fall into the water which required fishing them out with the net before using the pool each time and is normal, expected, and wasn't the issue. There touchless kitchen faucet (touchless feature was disconnected) and which day the garbage was picked up. I put the trash out on the street on the wrong day per written instructions. Both these issues were due to the house's Instruction Manual/folder not being revised/kept up to date. Other annoying issues(like most of the doorstops are broken/missing) I kept to myself due to the Contact's belittling responses to my concerns. Highly recommend this property as long as you don't care about the little things or don't mind being treated like a simpleton.

Upon check in the house was very clean and ready for our arrival. The house is as nice as the pictures. The pool is heated which was a great bonus. The location is very central to golf, shopping, dining out and entertainment options. We were very happy with the layout - very nice to have the master bedroom on the other side of the house. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future!!!

The pool was a must for our stay. We loved that it came with a slide, and tons of pool floaties. They had detailed instructions on how to turn on the pump to have water flow down the slide and the waterfall area. Very helpful folder of instructions in the kitchen. The pictures did not do the house justice. Very spacious and really clean. We would stay here again.

It was a bit nerve wracking renting a home with no reviews as it was just listed and so far from Phoenix, but upon arrival, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool is an absolute must and this one was clean and warm. We ended up spending most of the time at the house by the pool instead of going out. Also big plus, this home is close by to everything you may need (Costco/ Walmart/food) and came with everything needed for a great stay.
