First of all I want to say that for cleanliness I give it a 10 plus. The house was beautiful, the two bedrooms had good lighting and each bedroom had their own full bathroom. It was nice to have tvs in each bedroom and living room, and we got to use their Hulu. We also got to go to the gym, where there was some weight machines, treadmills and elliptical and free weight. We also loved that there was a pool and hot tub. Jamie and Terian home was fully stocked with all the supplies we needed, they were very informative and if we needed something it was easy to get a hold of them. I would definitely recommend this place and want to thank them for a great time.

This home was beautiful and spacious. My mom and I came in to visit family and this was less expensive than a hotel and so much more comfortable! We had plenty of room! There is plenty of storage for luggage and clothes and it is very bright inside. It is close to everything. It only takes about 30 minutes to get to the airports, Dallas, Fort Worth…etc. And there are tons of restaurants and attractions within minutes! Would definitely stay here again when we return!

The apartment was very clean and location was perfect for a short visit with family in the Dallas area. Lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores very close by. Because we were there to visit we didn't use any of the amenities in the complex, but it was a bit of a cooler time of year for an outdoor pool, and we didn't see anyone else in the area, either. But the pool and playground areas looked nice. We appreciated the large Brita water dispenser in the refrigerator. K-cups were provided for the Keurig but I didn't know that in advance so I brought my own. But still a nice touch.
Just a few things brought this down just a bit. The kitchen stock needs to be a bit refreshed - many pieces of flatware were missing and there were a lot of children's plates and utensils but not as much for adults. The cushions on the dining chairs need to be washed or replaced (beyond that the apartment was spotless). There is a very bright light outside of the master bedroom and better blinds or blackout curtains would have been nice. But the part that bothered us most was the "noise monitor" in the apartment. This honestly freaked out my young-adult children traveling with us to the point that they wouldn't turn the TV up above the minimum volume where we could barely hear it. We received a reminder text the evening after checking in to once again review all of the rules (right in the middle of dinner out with family we haven't seen in 2 years). The rules warn of consequences if the noise meter goes off. We didn't know what that meant - how loud is too loud? We certainly weren't having any guests over or any parties of any kind. But it was disconcerting and made us less comfortable in this apartment than in any other rental we've stayed at. Does "noise meter" also mean someone could be listening to our conversations? This information and rules should be included in the listing. We are a quiet family, but we were on edge about this.

Our family felt at home for our week's stay. The layout has separation of the two bedrooms and walk-in closets to accommodate luggage. Efforts to offer the cleanest setting was obvious. Highly recommend.
