Really lovely hotel with a great breakfast. The pool was very nice but we spent most of the time at the local beach. The room was really spacious, good AC and a private balcony. Being able to rent bikes for the day was a massive bonus and there is a lovely Italian restaurant just around the corner. Staff were very friendly, helpful and on the desk 24/7!

There was no hairdryer and our shampoo / shower gel wasn't topped up + there was no conditioner.

Well located. Spotless clean. Nice bar, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Early checkin too. Pool is lovely.

Needs more sockets in the room. Wifi wasn't great. Also a bit expensive for a basic room. No parking space available on site.

Stayed here for Benicassim festival and couldn’t fault the hotel. It is a budget hotel so you should judge it as a budget hotel, and for that we couldn’t fault it! Rooms were spacious and cleaned thoroughly everyday, the air con worked a treat as well. The pool area was great to relax in, again always clean and tidy. Breakfast was actually very good (we’ve had worse at 4/5* hotels) and all staff were nice and friendly. Would happily stay here again!

There was no fridge in the room, but we bought an ice box for €10 and a bag of ice each day so this was quite easy to fix!

All. The hotel is very good value for money. The location in the center of the city allows you to go anywhere in a matter of minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly, it had a swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi with places to lie down as well as parking.

The room was at street level, so there was a lot of noise until late at night. The pillows were very thin. Additionally, we would recommend having somewhere to hang more towels, bathing suits in the room.

Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent.

It's a good cheap hotel maybe for a couple on a Budget .

Pool was nice. Staff friendly. Man on desk, Juan Carlos, was very nice and helpful, shops and amenities, well located. Quiet. Beach 15 min walk

Balcony was small, with tree blocking view. Loud club across the road. Aircon needs updating. No water, on site. No extractor fan or window in bathroom, no tea of coffee, except at breakfast, no lift, had to lug bags up two flights. No beer, bar not open til nine pm, pool table derelict. Breakfast not that good

Their responce when you ask a help for getting a taxi ..so they call quickly and taxi come in time

Only one socket in the room for charging located away from the bed..the bathroom is so strange..the hot water and cold water are separated each one in a separate valve so you can not mix them ..plus no shampoo or soap or any other bath stuff..one day was completely without internet and when I talked with the reception man his answer was " the problem from the internet provider"!!!!!
